The problem here is if you were a man who was circumcised how would those men be able to tell if circumcision has affected his sexual sensitivity? They don't know what it should 'normally feel like', because generally speaking it is done a decade and a half before they even engage in sex. The one fact about circumcision I can't ignore is that it unfortunately shortens male sexualities 'shelf life'. As we get older erections become more difficult, a less erect penis is a less sensitive one. Add the marginal desensitization of circumcision and you end up shortening a mans sex life. i.e. a man who would have become impotent at 60 without a circumcision might end up impotent at 55 with one.
