It's pretty accurate for me, I hate pigs of both genders.

Did they say how this was misinformation?

Except It's none of those things. A more direct comparison is referring to a man as a Prick. "Faggot" is a bigoted slur used on those who are gay, and has been give a level of power on the level of a racial slur. Hell, in Britain "cunt" has essentially become a term of endearment.

I feel sympathy for all who are in abusive relationships, regardless of their gender and/or orientation. I also recognize that not everything is always 100% black and white, as Erin Pizzey; the woman who opened the very first shelter for abused women, found out.

No, you immediately ask yourself how you can take away all of her agency.

To be fair, if Feminists decided to come to MRA groups and offered to provide assistance for the cause then that would be pretty grand.

So you see one incident and assume she is this innocent victim that could never possibly reciprocate behind closed doors? Brown claims she fought and hit him as much as the reverse, and she has never denied this.

FYI Janice is demanding an end to all lockdowns in Canada despite the rising number of cases, and claimed that all the criticism Trump received for downplaying the corona virus, was just an attack on male "stoicness". Not the brightest bulb in the toolshed.

No issues with anything you've said other than: Surveys still show women put in twice as many hours of childcare as men do even when they are married and both working. https://ifstudies.org/blog/the-myth-of-the-lazy-father

Yup, been baned from enough right wing subs to know that. They seem to forget that they historically go after those who disagree with them(shit, that is literally what the proud boys are about XD)

When they are specifically protesting alongside neo Nazis and white supremacists while protesting again BLM, even when they are being peaceful, just because they have the audacity to protest against police brutality against black people. This is hilarious. Using their website of what they say about themselves is enough for you? I guess what Feminists claim to be for men we should take their word for it if its on a feminist site huh? Roflmao.

Like most of the posters on here you have no idea what you're talking about Based on what? I made references to studies of teachers and the military, so how is it i don't know what I am talking about? I was just about to compliment you on remaining civil and putting up an intelligent conversation as I have found few Feminists(or MRAs for that matter)willing to partake in a good faith argument without resorting to insults. Yet, here we are. and insist on assuming my positions. Well that's just no…

I used scams as an example to demonstrate that adults can be easy to manipulate at times. I reject the idea that adults are impervious to all kinds of manipulation, and it's well known to people with life experience that abusive adults often seek out young people to mold them into whatever they want. Young teenagers yes, those in their mid twenties, no. Being male advocates do you believe that a young man deliberately being sought out to be "molded" by a romantically unsuccessful woman isn't at …
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates03/09/20 12:37 PM
3

Scams usually impact the elderly the most, not younger adults. Not a great comparison, plus the person you are referring to pointed out that women care less about an age gap than men, which is why it was mentioned. Are you saying that a woman's value is centered solely on her reproductive ability? By this logic, those who are childfree or unable to have children would have no value and are useless, yes? The fact that society seems to only value women who can give birth, and men who make a lot of…

Unless you can't find someone, not only because of your age and lack of a good career, but also because you never want kids, and have zero desire to be any form of a parent to someones kids. Then what?
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates02/09/20 04:15 PM
7

And the solution other commenters offer is to go after younger women who are easier to mold, as a woman your own age likely wouldn't put up with you? I have yet to see a single comment even hunt at this, especially since its ridiculous on the face of it as adults aren't like children who are easy to mold. shouldn't prevent you from being a good man. The problem is that this has zero value in society as a whole. A good man is only acceptable if he is of use in some way. Otherwise he is nothing.

No, I asked you to provide a source, you still haven't done so. You keep replying back, not realizing that all youre doing is further digging yourself a bigger hole. Now youre trying to gaslight about what happened in a pathetic attempt to save face. You were asked for sources, you still haven't done so. Im surprised you haven't gotten tired of being full of shit.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates21/08/20 06:33 PM

This isn't an idea this was a biological claim that you made. This is now you continuing to dig yourself into a deeper hole by deflecting and justifying yourself. Not really working too well for you. I've been saying from the beginning that you made a scientific claim, trying to rewrite history via gaslighting what happened and even lying about my posts. So sad.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates21/08/20 03:26 PM

I don't make scientific claims without providing evidence, that's the point. But thank you for admitting you were talking out of your ass and you don't actually know what you're talking about by not providing evidence.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates21/08/20 10:45 AM

I made a claim and I backed it up. No you didn't you filthy liar roflmao XD. Backing it up would involve providing sources to prove your point, until you have done that you haven't proven anything other than that you're full of shit. I didnt link studies, but linking studies isnt the only way to back up a claim. When it is a biological claim, then yes it is the only way, how can you not understand that? No its not, its a claim. You didn't back up your claim that its unscientific. You simply claimed "its unscientific" without any supporting arguments or studies. It's because you're the one making the claim? What's wrong with you? That is basic understanding, you make the claim so you back it up. You claimed it was hard wiring, which is bullshit, so I called you out on it. You are now failing to do so while somehow claiming that im the one that needs to prove it doesn't exist? If this makes sense…

Then I guess I'll never be satisfied id the best that can be offered to me is anecdotal evidence. I for example am Childfree, had a vasectomy 2 years ago when I turned 27. I don't identify with the things attributed to my gender by Feminists, would that be due to me being different from most men who want kids? And if that difference was enough to differentiate me from the men they describe, would any childfree women act like those described here? And if we all can differentiate so much based on …

My problem with this line of reasoning is that it is the same line of reasoning I've heard from Feminists on feminist dominated subs when it cones to generalizing an entire gender based solely on their interactions with men. If it is wrong when they do it how is it right when we do it?
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates18/08/20 05:04 PM
2

Except pointing out the fact that it isn't scientific, as in not true, is an argument. Talking out of your ass by claiming something is biological or someone is hardwired that way with zero proof is a perfect example of someone talking out of their ass about something they don't actually have a clue about. You don't like being called put on being full of shit? Then actually prove the cheap your spewing. The fact that the best you can offer has nothing to do with what we are talking about is rath…

We DO need to get off the two parties and restructure our political system. As a Canadian who has 5 parties in government(Libs,Cons,Green,NDP, and the Bloc) it really isn't any better here...
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates17/08/20 08:45 PM

If that were the case then it would be consistent and that view would extend to women who cry as well. As it is, fathers care less about that type of thing than moms, according to research which shows it's moms, not fathers that enforce toxic gender stereotypes on their kids. So what you're claiming isn't quite accurate.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates17/08/20 07:59 PM

In reality it is entirely the fault of women who need to be taught better.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates17/08/20 07:18 PM

Unless there is scientific proof that women are hard wired in that way, all i see is this explanation being little more than pseudoscience masquerading as an excuse for women of being little more than hypocritical pieces of shit.

Poor logic and poor response from someone who is easily threatened by basic questions, your words scream insecurity. I'll ask again; what happens to those who fail these "initiations" or refuse to take them? Do you even know? Did you just think "we should totally have something like that again!" without fully researching the topic? The fact you can't answer these is, again, rather telling of how little you know about this. The fact that you resort to ad hominem attacks in vein of an answer also …
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates22/07/20 03:12 PM
2

I said one of the reasons, not the reason. The fact that you cannot address what happened to those who failed these initiation or chose not to participate is rather telling on how much you truly understand what you're advocating for. No, you did not address this like you claimed, you ignored it and you did not address this in the OP.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates22/07/20 02:44 PM
2

Pot calling kettle black. You still haven't addressed the fact that those who refuse to take part in those initiations, or fail at it, will still be put down and looked down upon. That's why we don't do them anymore, no one has the right to decide who is a "real" man or not.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates22/07/20 10:46 AM

No, that's stupid. Its just another way for men to compete with one another and put down those who fail said initiation and/refuse to do it.

That assumption of yours in your reply smells of bias and pre-judgement. My statement is based off what she says in her videos. Had nothing to do with the poor, just dumbasses who think its okay to stunt a life that hasn't been born yet by having a child they can't afford. You don't need to be wealthy to take care of a child, so what you're saying is a bunch of bull.

This is about the child, not the selfish parents stupid enough to have them when they cant look after themselves. A child deserves to come into the world with parents who can actually look after them. Those who have children while being unable to look after it financially are pieces of dirt deserving of condemnation.

Just because you're different than you were 10 years ago doesn't mean you were more prone to manipulation or taken advantage of by someone older. A 20 year old has as much agency as a 30 year old and a 30 year old has as much agency as a 40 year old. Unless you had a kid when you were 14, your kid wouldn't be old enough to go out dating let alone anything else. Would you still be terrified if your 20-30 year old kid dated someone that much older than them? That be over protective don't you think…

They're stupid and hypocritically sexist(both in terms of misogyny and misandry). The idea of a maturity gap is laughably ridiculous on the face of it and has no basis in reality when it comes to adults. Girls mature faster than boys so there isn't going to be much of a maturity gap here at all. These people are mentally stunted.

First of all Maybe girls mature faster than boys because no one makes excuses for shitty behavior like we do for boys so they are forced to mature. No, this is a biological fact that is well known, your inability to grasp something that is a basic biological fact only illustrates your ignorance, even more so with the hilarious claim that we make excuses for boys and not girls despite the fact that we punish men and boys significantly harsher than girls and women. It's actually not, it's just that the later is generally more excused than the former, with the stigma of a young male teen come forward and say he was raped by his female teacher and didn't enjoy it, he isn't usually given much sympathy while his rapist gets a slap on the wrists at most. More and more female teacher than ever are being caught sleeping with their young male students, and that may not be due to it being some new phenomenon, just something that is now finally being given some atte…

Your ignorance is astounding. It's a scientific fact that girls mature faster than boys, and these two weren't done growing yet. And those men that were elected were voted in predominantly by women(you take up more than half the voting population),and there is nothing to suggest the gender of the law makers in question would have made a difference so your gender supremacy logic is still rather poor.

This is false on all levels. Surveys show that an equal amount of women are against abortion as there are for it while there is an equal gender split among pro-lifers who are male and female. Children are not the purpose of marriage, otherwise same-sex marriages would be invalid, regardless of adoption. Marriage is the union of two people who love eachother. An official expression of their love. It used to be about children, but I'd like to think it has evolved beyond that.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates24/04/20 05:50 PM

However, I think to be happy, most men and women really need marriage and children. Children put heavy psychological and financial strain on a marriage, so they just make things worse.

/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates10/04/20 02:48 AM

People are more inclined to willingly defend their country to the death when under a attack. The draft is something that too often can be abused. More people than ever are enlisting of their own free will, which more or less shows how willing most people are to defend their country without the draft. It is just unnecessary really.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates09/04/20 06:35 PM
2

And? The draft doesn't fix that problem, it makes things worse as draftees are historically piss poor soldiers compared to those who have enlisted and want to be there. They(rightfully) hold no loyalty to the ones forcing them to be there and are known to either run off, or betray their own country for forcing them into slavery.

Thing is, the reason that gives them power is because of how scared their so is of being alone. If the man has a "idgaf" attitude and just blatantly tells her to gtfo as if it was nothing, that power of hers all of a sudden deflates. It's like a reverse psychology, that type of women just can't deal with a man dropping her that easily, it makes her actually want him more and be more willing to acquiesce his needs.

You're now even arguing with what the original authors have said themselves. If you don't see how deluded that is, I can't help you. https://www.reddit.com/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocat…

That isn't even what was said, the sources involved the authors themselves stating they conflated the number you moron. Stop hiding from the facts because they prove you wrong. It wasn't any ideology that forced them to perform these atrocities, that is your problem. They are responsible for their own actions. https://www.reddit.com/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates/comments/fgkcra/im_mad_at_my_husband_for_voting_for_bernie_sanders/fk8cxt5/

That isn't even what they said, meaning you didn't even read them. The authors of the book flat-out state the number was conflated and I offered sources that support it. At this point I'm just going to copy and paste until you're forced to acknowledge it: https://www.reddit.com/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates/comments/fgkcra/im_mad_at_my_husband_for_voting_for_bernie_sanders/fk8cxt5/

No, the sources that you're ignoring proved you wrong. You're projecting again.

Already answered this, stop ignoring facts that go against your warped narrative. Also like how you're still ignoring my previous comment containing sources that prove the 100m stat was bogus. Just reposted it for you in response and here you go again, ignoring it.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates11/03/20 07:14 PM

That it wasn't socialism that drove them to that but their own actions? Nope. But keep ignoring the facts and the sources I brought up again while claiming I'm the one ignoring facts. You won't look further unhinged or anything.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates11/03/20 07:12 PM

Says the guy who refuses to acknowledge actual facts and their sources. You certainly like to project your insecurities and poor tactics on other people. The only one upset is the one who started crying socialist and holocaust denier when pointed out they were wrong.

the two main writers of the "Black Book of Communism" (where is stat originates) admit that claims of communist death toll that are 85M+ are 'unqualified', 'unjustified', and 'contractionary'. https://www.lemonde.fr/archives/article/1997/11/14/communisme-retour-a-l-histoire_3810094_1819218.html They counted executed nazi collaborators as 'victims of communism'. You really are toned deaf aren't you? You keep accusing me of being a socialist despite the fact that I outright stated otherwise. You're the one making shit arguments while flinging mid everywhere by accusing those of being holocaust deniers and socialist just for pointing out you're wrong. You don't get do overs. Not even remotely true on any level, but keep gas lighting and ignoring sources and author statements that go against your Nazi sympathizing narrative. Funny you cry strawman fallacy when your own argument is used against you. It's okay for yoy to cry socialist or holocaust denier when people point out your wrong, but when someone calls you something, all of a sudden they are the strawmen, lol!
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates11/03/20 06:55 PM

I already did, what is wrong with you? You lost, we did this before, you ignored sources and author statements and resorted to childish insults and alarmism. And you still are, it's pathetic. I like how you think basic math based off historical facts are non argument.

/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates11/03/20 06:11 PM

"Survey further proves that most women don't actually want equality, and just want a free ride through life." - this is what the op has a problem with that was posted in mensrights. The fact that I had to spell this out for you is just sad.

They are talking about the title in the mensrights sub, the one quoted in this topic 🙄
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates04/03/20 04:12 PM

It's because of the title, as the OP pointed out. Personally I don't think much of a sample size of just 4k~ people. I'd be more interested in a poll or study that features a lot larger pool of people, but that is beside the point.

You don't respond to it because you don't have an intelligent response, like most r-wingers. These aren't "hypotheticals" these events happened and I'm asking you to give them. The majority did no such thing, and several had to for their job. The contact wasn't just one way, and to use a small amount while ignoring the majority who didn't in order to create a half baked argument is pretty pathetic. I like how you ignore my accusation that you'd do a complete 180 if the genders were reversed. Hard to deny something that's true isn't it hypocrite?
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates29/02/20 07:56 PM

Not really, you're just being ridiculous. It's this assumption that somehow, over 80 people are lying, while one isn't. Yet if the genders were reversed; you would be crying a different too. And that is why r-wingers like yourself fail at making good arguments. You're a hypocrite who uses every topic they can find to take a shot at the other team while being on the front lines of defence when the roles are reversed. It's rather pathetic really.

You aren't wrong, but I think we should hold ourselves to a higher standard and not be so quick to play devils advocate for pretty clear cut cases such as this, otherwise; how're we any different than those who are still defending Amber Heard, or female teachers accused of being child molesters? I mean if the genders were reversed in this situation, you'd see a lot of these "MRAs" take a complete 180 on the issue.

I like how you provided a quote from a lawyer(was that you btw? So when talking about those killed by resisting arrest, I get a little confused as to why you would cite prison statistics. That has nothing to do with anything I said, of course the prison system is disgusting, it's not much better in Canada either and alone is likely responsible for a lot of the crime that occurs by re-offenders. Way to pick and choose statistics. If you look up each demographic that is shot by police, and compare it to the demographic of those who resist arrest, you'll find the reason why these people are shot more often. Hint: Has nothing to do with either sexism or racism.

The Officer is a normal person doing his job, and if anything; was put into this situation due to piss poor funding due to not having any other means to defend himself outside of lethal force. Especially since he was being charged at. The fact that you think it's okay for someone to steal from you and destroy something you put time into creating is okay because someone was killed for reasons you don't even fully understand yourself does not say much about communism.

Probably the most absurd, emotionally charged reply I've received yet. They were thugs for destroying other peoples property(people who had nothing to do with what happened) and stealing from businesses. If you think an unrelated incident is reason enough for people to destroy other peoples property and take their things, then you're insane. The term thug has been around for ages, and it doesn't suddenly become racist just because it was used on a group of idiots that just so happened to be blac…

Yes, a black Democrat running for President must only be there for token reasons. That isn't racist or anything.

It's your body, you're allowed to choose who rides it. And it isn't going to be free either. We shouldn't prevent everyone from something just because some can't. Then it won't be fair to everyone else. Plus you're telling someone what they can do with their body.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates28/01/20 07:32 PM

Well you're wrong. Someone is using their body to give you sexual gratification. It's not comparable to that of a landlord and owning land. A persons body is their body. They deserve to be compensated if they choose to use it for someone else, and they have the right who they want to sleep with. In a company surrounding this type of profession, there would be multiple sex workers, so if one says no, others may be more inclined depending on the price. Breast Cancer is a risk to everyone regardless of their gender or age. Since one cancer only affects one type of person past a certain age, it makes sense for it to be given a lower priority than one that anyone can potentially get. Mens health should have a lot more research go into it for certain. I just don't think comparing Prostate Cancer to Breast Cancer is the hill to die on.

What is there to acknowledge? It was rather clear that I meant biological for women since, you know, that was the whole point of the discussion, since you claimed that women were biologically wired to like those type of men, and when called out for sources you posted one that had absolutely nothing to do with anything that you claimed, at all. Reading comprehension 101: you claimed women are hard-wired to like that type of personality trait, you then provided a link to women liking fit male bodies as proof of this, despite it not being proof to what you were claiming, thus coming off as exactly the type of things you called another user. First you accuse me of using a strawman, then pedantic, now of back pedaling. When you are getting gov loans you can have more students and charge them more too. The reason is obvious, to make money. More than they need to make a profit, which was my initial point as it is based on greed. Andrew Yang did a good discussion on that point on the Rogan show. You haven't even met 0.01% of the entire male population in your area, let alone country, let alone world. You can't make those generalizations.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/08/19 02:38 PM

I think it depends on what you do, a lot of the time it isn't hard to make a livable salary on a laid back job provided you underwent a form of higher education. But again, that all depends on whether or not you have kids, and/or live with someone who also works.

Tell me, would yoy be saying this nonsense if an 18-20 year old man was dating a significantly older woman? For I highly doubt it. You aren't protecting women, you're infantilizing them while simultaneously demonizing the male gender in a situation you would see very differently if the genders were reverse. This is more about your sexism than anything else.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/08/19 05:35 PM

Sounds like you see your fellow woman as more like toddlers than actual adults. And men as potential predators. Not a healthy mind-set to have.

Often guys who are keen for this type of relationship seem emotionally immature and desperate for a power Well that's not based solely on misandrist tropes that aren't based on anything in reality or anything.

There's a difference. You are the master of your own mind. You are in control, which is why it is a fantasy. But the moment that control is taken from you, is the moment the fantasy becomes a nightmare. And you can bet most of them won't orgasm during a rape, and the very few that do, is usually involuntary.

I'm not asking women to do anything. I'm wondering what you would suggest to someone who never, and could never, have a father figure in their lives. Something that is very common atm.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/07/19 08:05 PM
1

Not really. But it is thinking like that which brought us large groups of alt right white supremacists and neo Nazis who joined up with groups for a sense of belonging. We should have more empathy, compassion, understanding for other people, and encourage them to improve upon themselves. Ostracizing them and shaming them is just going to make things worse for everyone.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/07/19 05:29 PM

Yeah that line of thinking won't push them towards more radical and violent groups of people.

It's a nice ideal in theory to be certain, but sometimes the father is also a type of person that one does not want around their son, because they are abusive and the like. So even if one has a father, there is no guarantee that father will be someone that should be around kids. So what would one do then?

You don't use one bad example as the rule. If anything, you truly get to know a person by living together, what do you think would have happened had you not moved in? Yes that's exactly what Im saying. Looking "up" to someone is called that because it refers to a hierarchy. I have shown one study, as I said I would, and multiple others to show that it's the other way around.

Don't forget that most men who are in jail just so happened to lack a positive male role model(such as a father, typically). And studies show girls raised with a positive male role model(typically a dad)have higher levels of confidence too. The impact parents have on their kids can indeed have an effect that reverberates throughout their entire life.

/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/19 08:48 PM

Magic Mike may disagree with you on that one. But it's not only about attracting women(though I doubt a young woman would be interested in a non-rich old man), it's how I'll feel about myself, how disgusted I'd be looking at myself in a mirror. How forgetful I am now, compared to how bad it'll be when I'm old. It's terrifying, and degrading. I'd rather not put myself through that.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/19 07:57 PM
1

And I'm sure he had a lot of money that attracted her to him. I know there are some men who can look okay when they hit 50-60. But I work in a Walmart. I see A LOT of disgusting old men. It's clear most men that get to a certain age aren't really very appealing to look at or even be around. Mentally or physically, they just scare me. That if I don't hurry, I'll look like that and may as well end myself.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/19 07:39 PM
1

I'm guessing he's either rich, or well off?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/19 06:14 PM

All while he has the mentality of a child as his brain has deteriorated into mush. That isn't even getting into how disgusting their faces and bodies look, which has zero physical appeal to the opposite sex(rightfully so). All combined with failing physical capabilities and there just doesn't seem to be any point to their disgusting existance.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/19 06:13 PM
7

I disagree tbh. When I see men past their 50s and 60s, I get terrified. They are shadows of what they once were, both physically and mentally. They are all but useless compared to their former selves and just disgusting to look at. Aging terrifies me. To the point that I honestly plan on ending my life once I get past 60. So I have little over 30 years or so left of my life(I'm 27, 28 in June)before I "retire".

/r/MensRights24/02/18 10:50 AM

I know, but in an effort to make men look like the victims, you aren't getting what I am stating. If the statistics for women were treated the same way they are for men, then women would be the majority of victims, as the article points out. If you treat male victims the same way you would female victims, then they would be equal. As the article also points out.
/r/MensRights23/02/18 05:39 PM

So now you're resorting to lying? Aren't you on a roll? There was no cherry picking, that was what you're link said, then you tried to disregard it. Again; be an adult and admit you misspoke, or don't reply at all. For at this point; you are just coming off as really, really sad.
/r/MensRights23/02/18 02:41 PM

The only one trying to make themselves feel anything is you. You can't provide any facts to support your claim, and the one thing you do provide contradicts your claim. You are speaking on facts or logic, just on your emotions.
/r/MensRights22/02/18 07:30 PM

So despite not having anything to back up any of what you said, you're still claiming to be right even when proven wrong by your very own article. Nice.
/r/MensRights22/02/18 05:05 PM

So instead of admitting that you were wrong and took the link you provided out of context(the quote I provided was from your link), you're now putting words in my mouth. How mature.
/r/MensRights22/02/18 04:12 PM
1

None of this has anything to do with the link you posted, or your previous claim. It wouldn't be that rare as most rapes are the typical forces rape, in which case women are the majority of cases. And 75%? Once again you cite a number without a source.
/r/MensRights22/02/18 10:22 AM
1

No, it means that if the loose definitions for sexual assault applied for cases involving a woman applied to men, then the cases would be the same rate. If we go purely on a biological standpoint and go purely for the obvious forced examples, then women are obviously assaulted more often than men.
/r/MensRights21/02/18 03:48 PM

Not the latter. It's been proven that childfree/childless women in the workforce are paid more due to having an overall higher education and stronger work ethic than mothers, and are thus even paid more than their male colleagues. The main reason the gap is there is due to so many women quiting their jobs to raise their goblins.
/r/MensRights23/01/18 05:07 PM

Actually is you were 17 and her 13 then the cops wouldn't have been able to do a damn thing. Not so much when it comes to teens. Their hormones are going out of wack already, the street of labor would just make things worse. And if immaturity was truly the main reason, we would see a lot more baby murders as a lot of women have kids at the ripe age of 18(unfortunately). History has shown that an increase in mental health care facilities has a bigger impact in lowering the rate of crime than the risk of prison ever did. And most people who are mentally well wouldn't kill their kid.
/r/MensRights15/01/18 12:26 AM
1

None of this has anything to do with what I have said in this thread. I have already stated in my other posts that if it was clear they were mentally unwell(most people in general who kill their kids likely have some mental issues that need to be addressed) then they should be sent to a mental facility. If they are just bad people and clearly are sane, then they deserve jail time. I never once said all mothers should be excused.

You make a valid point. While the guy could have likely just left her and taken the kids if he really cared too if the conditions were that bad(thus he absolutely did deserve to be punished),that doesn't excuse the fact that the mother should have been punished more severely. Especially since she has some form of matrionic bond with her kids that developed during birth, so the fact that she didn't care for them despite that shows an even further extreme lack of care on her part when compared to …

It...really isn't. At all. If you want to fix it, fine, but it's not the problem whatsoever(the ones committing the crimes are, and I sincerely doubt they do it because one gender has preferential treatment over the other). And it goes both ways a lot of the times. Is there a poor portrayal and lack of care for men and boys compared to women and girls? Absolutely, never did I say otherwise. But if for so long men take up for most of the crime rate, the penalties will become more severely. Same i…

Most of the time when a child is killed, it's usually due to the parent being mentally I'll in some way or another. Years go by and they end up shutting down one of the super Max prisons due to a lack of prisoners, while the crime rate plummated. Prisons act as a revolving door half the time. No, they should receive mental help. That is the main reason it was done in the first place. The behaviour needs to be treated, punishing it won't solve anything. That's one of the main reasons men commit crimes more often than women too. Lack of facilities that would help the mentally I'll, and instead they are sent to jail which just acts like a revolving door.

You're a bigger idiot than I thought if you think that is the main topic of discussion or if you think that is what I am currently arguing about.

Aside from the misandrist term "man-up" look up battered spouse syndrome. Having been abused by my father and witnessing my mother being abused by him, it makes perfect sense as to why they don't speak up. They feel like a speck of dust with a beaten down self esteem. And not just battered wives either, but battered husband's as well.

Says someone who is incapable of coming up with an intelligent reply. You probably can't even tell what part of my comments you have a problem with aside from disagreeing with it, so you lash out like a child.

Of course women have privileges, don't be ridiculous. But in this scenario, women have a biological reasoning for doing it. So you're not just arguing with me, but also with biology. If we could figure out a way to see who could be a good parent and sterilize the ones who wouldn't be, that would be great.

Except what I said did in fact make sense, you just don't want to admit it. It was your piss poor attempt to switch it around that failed.

As I explained already; not everyone is meant to be a mom. Women do go through a lot when going through labour, that has long since been proven with several studies so to ignore it is just blatent stupidity at this point. Those who can hash out motherhood and/or have a strong support system have nothing to worry about. Those who should never have been mothers in the first place are going to have problems and put the kid in danger. It really isn't that hard to understand.

Men commit more sex related crimes too. Guess men should be forbidden from going anywhere near anything and anyone amirite?

It really doesn't as it completely ignored what happens to women during and after childbirth, lacks empathy, and just lacks intelligence. By this piss poor form of logic, men shouldn't be allowed to marry the women they love because men are the ones who kill their spouse more often. By that puss poor form of logic, men shouldnt be allowed to do anything where they can commit a crime because it might happen due to their gender. That's your crappy logic.

I'm saying that's the reason why men have harsher penalties.

Yes, punish all women for the actions of the few who couldn't cope with the mental trauma of childbirth, because that just makes sense /s

Not really when you consider the biological issues that goes through a woman's body and mind after they go through labour and taking care of the baby.

I see it like this: if women we're committing crimes more often than men, then they would be the ones who are punished more severely.

If you have video, then she is screwed. Go to the police, you won't get blamed if you have videos as weapons.

So, the main reason men are punished for certain crimes more so than women, is because they commit those crimes more often(not surprising when you consider the fact that we also take up the majority of those with mental illnesses). Where else crimes that women commit more often see women getting punished more severely(like shop lifting, for example, which women do more often than men, and so they can harsher fines for it).

Exactly. The answer is to allow men to have some form of financial abortion, not take away the option to abort from women. That is counterproductive, and something a dirty tradcon would think of.
