Along with going back to the gym as mentioned already, I'd highly recommend starting therapy. I would recommend seeing a psychologist who specialises in CBT. You've had a traumatic life so seeing a professional will help.

I find it interesting that people start getting jealous when you're improving yourself. I guess I would be on guard to flaunt it too much. Could you tell us more about it? How did the jealousy manifest? etc.

New here, still swallowing TRP. Here's my Hollywood Psychology opinion on it: I think the weight loss could have caused some resentment/jealousy in your workplace. A fat women has very little SMV, so for you to go from a fat guy to fit guy is a "slap in the face" to them.
