It's not about you believe what you want I'll do the same... it's about examining the evidence to find the truth. The same ans any good detective would. If something doesn't add up, you need to be suspicious. I mean where here in men's rights, how many false accusations do we see here every week.

It's not just one story and a few gaps.... it's story after story tha are just a little too perfect and too many inconsistencies and contradictions and really no proof. Family members not involved have said this guy has always been a huge liar and attention seeker. It's just too much going against the author and not enough evidence to support. I'm sorry you and your grandmother when though that but that doesn't make every story someone tells true and I can post stories about people who have made…

George Orwell (A socialist) discovered during the writing of "The Road to Wigan Pier" that even though most of his socialist buddies loved to talk about helping poor people, they didn't really care about them, deep down they just hated the Rich. I think a lot of modren feminism is more about hating men than equality.

Because a lot of men have spent their whole lives being told women are sugar and spice and everything nice, and women are the oppressed ones and men are the cause of most of the worlds problems. It's hard for some people to admit they bought into that lie. "IT IS EASIER TO CON A MAN THAN TO. CONVINCE HIM HE HAS BEEN CONNED." Mark Twain

Well it more like, the individual things he says. Like each thing needs to be looked separately and judged on it's merits. I've see prank videos where guys to to college campus and give tate quotes to people without telling them who said it and all these people agree then when they say tate said them, they get mad and disagree.

Prove to me I am wrong on this one, don't just say I'm wrong. I have literately explained how civil law works You have no clue how law works. Such as your statements about "His burden in bringing the action is to prove that he suffered financially from her statements" and "She doesn't have to even prove a rape occurred - No. You are wrong." Prove to me that financial damage is the only standard for a plaintiff Civil defamation case. Prove to me that she can only win the case by proving a rape oc…

I think you are so determined to prove me wrong you've lost sight of the point you and I were trying to make. I have literally only said burden of proof and levels of guilt are a thing in civil courts. I didn't even say it was a factor in this case... In fact the only thing I even said about this case in particular that is was a civil case. How on earth do you think you're one up-ing me by addressing points I never made? I have no idea where you're getting this need to prove me wrong. Of course …
/r/PussyPassDenied07/09/19 12:10 AM

I don't think you do, or you would have brought up how civil courts can also have partial guilt where a person can be partially at fault and awards are based on a percentage of how much or little guilty you are. Which is a huge factor in cases like these.
/r/PussyPassDenied06/09/19 10:52 PM

I have no clue which point you are trying to make. I was not trying to call you out but let you know how completely different the civil court system works. It is so strange that i could not even begin to list the ways so you should watch a video on it.
/r/PussyPassDenied06/09/19 10:44 PM
2

i think a lot of it was her not even pressing charges but writing blogs about it. Much the award was punitive way way way above average, I think I think was more about the bigger picture being "if you get raped report it" don't wait 20 years right before a Solider is about to get a big promotion." It may have been more about sending a message to people who might try this in the future.

It's civil court, not criminal court. Burden of proof rules are different. Encourage you to watch some you tube videos on it for more info.

I think it's something about "people from older times" behavior, my dad married my mom and took in my half bother. My mom's family was from out in the boonies in a Southern State but moved up north after WW2. I'm told they were always distrustful of my dad around my half brother, even after our mom left to go "find herself" and my dad took him in. The only member of her family he won over was my great-grandmother. She told him that they all thought that one day he would just take my half-brother…

This is kind of the same thing that happened with the hard core SJWs telling girls/minorities they will never succeed because of the White male patriarchy. At some point the SJW is the only one telling impressionable people they can't be Doctors, or succeed in business. Another example is SJWs saying cops won't believe you if you have been rapped. I've seen more then enough evidence of women terrified to report rapes because they really think the SJWs are right and cops wont believe it.

Well there is a difference between the legality of a public college to enforce behavioral standards and legality of a college to enforce rules that violate someone's constitutional rights. The behavioral standards is probably far outside my legal knowledge, however you might be asking a question of due process. Just because they make you sign a code of conduct does not mean it is legal for them to make you live by it. This whole thing is about a kid getting accused of rape and getting kicked out of a government/public school without his constitutional guaranteed due process. But a housekeeper is a private employee. As a private person I can fire anyone for "almost" any reason. At a public university the staff is mostly considered government employees and are expected to not infringe on the rights of the citizens as the university is a government entity. Not sure in Britain but in the US at a public funded university, the constitutional rights of students are expected to be upheld.
