If you’re going to imply that I’m lacking intelligence, I think this conversation is over. I’d rather not have this become one of those things where two people shout at each other other the internet over something that in the end, has no real bearing on their lives (or at least my own. But that’s not what the article said. The article said “separate it, but don’t separate it”. I disagree with your assertion that you should separate them as they are entwined with one another. It’s what separates us from animals. People who end up sleeping around tend to have a lot of unnecessary drama in their lives and to be honest, the author kind of saying “separate them” then saying “don’t separate them” is indicative of that. I disagree. I think the author is twisting some things just to fit an agenda. Literally on one breath she says “separate sex from affection”. Then a few paragraphs down, she literally says it’s a part of sex.

I admittedly didn’t read the full article, but I found it strange that she says in one portion that you need to separate sex from affection. Then in another portion, she says that part of sexual desire is loving the other person and wanting to please them sexually.

Probably will get downvoted for this, but fuck it. Get a DNA test. If it’s yours, own up to it and support that kid and either show him what it means to be a real man or show her what a real man looks like. Actions have consequences, and I’m of the belief that life begins at conception. There is zero excuse to punish that child because you (and I’m assuming her) were drunk. But you CAN help to raise a decent person that will contribute to society.

I find it quite concerning that being a virgin is something to be mocked. Why are people looked down upon that choose a chaste life for a variety of reasons or are simply “waiting for the right partner” as Steve Rogers/Captain America would say?
