I think if you falsely accuse someone of rape you should get the sentence they would have got as well as have to register as a sex offender when you get out, or if not the sex offender list, make a new one. Honestly I think these false rape accusers get off on the fact that the media blast the accused name and face all over the news even before anything has been proven in court. It should be anonymous for both parties until there is a verdict, but since we don't do that in this justice system I think it gives these heartless heathens more incentive to falsely accuse someone because they know at the very least their target will get dragged through the mud.
