No need for the fyi, anyone would say it's neither. But here's how it's unfair, accusing anyone of rape, even if he's not found guilty (neither), can result in him being treated like a rapist in our society, unfortunately. Whereas the lady will have no effect on her life whatsoever. My question is if there is no evidence as in no DNA to be found. Then isn't it just blatantly lying?
/r/MensRights13/04/22 06:53 PM

What I'm trying to understand is, how it's not lying if there is no proof of rape?
/r/MensRights13/04/22 05:11 PM
1

Well I did read it, but I didn't quite understand what it is you were trying to say.
/r/MensRights13/04/22 05:09 PM

How is that not wrong?
/r/MensRights13/04/22 02:49 PM

The proof of lie is if there's enough evidence to say that the man did not rape her. That's all.
/r/MensRights13/04/22 11:56 AM
2

I'm eager to see the outrage when he does
/r/MensRights13/04/22 08:42 AM

Why is it even needed to prove what someone's mindset is? A lie is a lie. If she made an accusation, and then it turned out to be false. Why does the mindset matter?
/r/MensRights13/04/22 08:04 AM

How is it near impossible to punish women for false accusations?

You know, the best thing about these people is that they'll tell you themselves that you need to stay away from them. Dodging a bullet.

I like how these people always pull the "education" card on other people.
/r/MensRights26/12/21 09:08 PM

Why do u think those 5 situations would actually affect a woman's life? Lets throw out "feelings" shall we, those are extremely subjective, not scalable.
