Lol you are clearly an insecure individual - “I know I am about to get downvoted” , then someone inquires because they are interested and you say “fantastic thing called google”. I have been on dispenza and lipton for a while man, but I am always interested in seeing if people have other good resources is all. 2	Rather than feigning disinterest or playing games, instead become a person who actually has enough of a full and interesting life that you are not making that other person your sole focus. I think this should be included with all mention of "No Contact" and not responding for long periods. you hit it right at the spot when you said this is good for people relying on external validation. in the end of it this is just playing games and it doesnt bode well to play games with people you love, which is the inherent contradiction in "the Game" and stuff like "no contact". 1	The key to attractive personality (both for men and women) I started to read this then clicked out of it because that's what I'll do sometimes when I start reading the right advice. Because I already know what it is going to say (or think I do). Then I went back and read it fully and it definitely is spot on and what I needed to hear. Even though I know it's right move it's hard to read stuff like that sometimes but honestly reading the right advice often to remind yourself is a great thing reddit can often bring.
