There always have been feminists that hate men just like there have always have been MRAs that hate women. It should be criticised when someone is like that but it is wrong to see the whole group as such because of some extremists.

it's not a legit mental health issue, it's a men are fucking terrible issue. very few of them actually have a diagnosed mental illness, let alone one severe enough to explain a massacre. it's just masculinity, in general, that is the problem. This comment has 26 upvotes and is accepted in that subreddit. This is not even just a very biased discussion anymore, this is just hatred.

If the legislative does not change anything, that would be the only way left. And maybe I am just being optimistic but I also believe/hope that if the German court had to rule that decision today it would decide differently, as this decision was made in 1999.

My point is that laws would also make sense if they cannot be enforced; to define which things are accepted in the society and which are not. And I also could imagine that there are hypothetical cases where it could be determined that it is not just being nude, but rather exhibitionism. For example if a woman would not just be naked somewhere but actually go in front of people and flash to them, then it could be quite reliably concluded that she does that for sexual pleasure.

I looked that one up; Apparently, Germany used to have an universal conscription which in practice only was applied to men but after the lawsuit the legislative changed that article to a men-only conscription in order to be conformable to the article three of the constitution which states that men and women are equal before the law.

That's true that that is probably very difficult to determine whether a woman is just nude or "committing" exhibitionism. However, in my opinion it should not be a factor on whether something can or will actually be fined, it is a matter of what is right and wrong. And if it is wrong for a man to "commit" exhibitionism, it should be for a woman as well. If you think men should hold doors open for women just because they're men and the other person is a woman then it is sexist. It is entirely different if they do that not because they are men but because they are polite. The same goes for most of the other points.

Art. 190 Wer eine Person weiblichen Geschlechts zur Duldung des Beischlafs nötigt, namentlich indem er sie bedroht, Gewalt anwendet, sie unter psychischen Druck setzt oder zum Widerstand unfähig macht, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe von einem Jahr bis zu zehn Jahren bestraft. It literally defines rape as forcing a person of female gender into coitus. According to that definition it is impossible for a man to be raped.

I am a little torn. On the one hand the man's life was ruined by that and even though he now get acquited of the charge he will suffer his whole life from that time. The phrase "prison of her mind" really infuriated me as well, as if that is somewhat comparable. On the other hand, as far as I understood it correctly, the woman had no need to admit her lies, except that she regretted it. There should be a Man quota if there is a women quote For example if you consider there are about 7 % women in Computer Science (where I live). If there are 100 new free job and 7 % of the applicants are women, 93 % men, would it be fair if 50 women get the job and 50 men? If so, a woman applying for the job has a much greater chance to get accepted.
