Writing- I have never been a good writer. I have been posting on reddit more often to improve my writing skills. Diet- Following a strict Keto diet. Lost 3 lbs (I know much of it is water weight) but still improvement nevertheless. Reading- I finally finished The millionaire next door. A great book which really open my eyes to the importance of living below your means. Overall pretty productive week. Just have to stay consistent.

I face a similar problem as you man. My mind constantly overthinks and in result, I usual screw myself out of the opportunity with the girl. This past weekend I attended this cookout with some of the cooler kids at my college. I noticed when I first enter the room females are very interested in me. After I speak or they see my interactions with others they tend to lose interest in me. One thing I recommend is to build a strong first impression.
