We are literally talking about the scenario where the cops are handing you a ticket and asking you to sign and you bring up OTHER types of civil citations. You do not know what you're talking about. When they ask you to sign a ticket....it's not an admission of guilt. It's basically a promise that you'll pay the fine or seek a court date for remedy if you think it's undeserved. If you do NOT sign you are subject to arrest then and there.
