| 2 | Is there any hope for me?I actually do this all the time. I look myself in they eyes(lol) everyday and tell myself how awesome/great/wonderful/beautiful I am. I feel great while doing it and it really helps my self confidence which is the most important thing. I havent really told myself "I love you" but that is great fuciing advice.
