Workout 4-5 days a week and be at caloric deficit until you can see ab's (once you are a low bodyfat). Once you reach this (you might look really skinny, but thats okay for now), you can start bulking. Theres calculators online to figure out how many calories you need to be in a deficit. It sounds like you have a decent girl. If she is treating you well, I don't see much reason to break it off with her. Everyone has a past and the more you look, the more you'll make yourself upset. Here in the states a 'few' ONS is nothing. Loads of girls here have done waayyyy more than just that.

Whenever you go out with a hot girl, there will be lots of outside attention. Lots of males staring, lots of times they will try to set you off / disrespect you in front of your girl. Getting heated/emotional over these guys will only make you look worse. Best way to go is in any situation, stay calm firstly. I would be upset. If my LTR was in the hospital I wouldn’t be out with friends having a good time knowing something is wrong with her, I’d drop whatever I was doing and get there. I’d next too.

You don't need to be a pro at all. Just have some rhythm and most importantly just have fun with it. You can have crazy moves, but if you look like you're not having fun or just trying to impress someone, people/girls pick up on that and it doesn't come across well. But you could look completely crazy and just have fun and girls will love it. Once again.. having fun with it is key.

Agree with 99% of everything you say. However, the next issue is she is trying to convince me to come move with her to her country with the baby. The issue with this is, the country is super 3rd world and I need to be here to conduct business. I obviously don’t want to move there , but that calls for the next issue? If she leaves, what happens with the baby? Btw this is not a plate, we’ve been living together for 1year+.

There are people who go from rags to riches/empires in 3rd world countries. If you're in a first world country, you are already rich in opportunity. There is too many ways to make money legally in 1st world countries, don't risk getting in trouble with the law to achieve something you can do illegally.

the gym is just as much mental for me as it is physical... it was my therapy.. even though i've been working on lots of bodyweight workouts at home, theres something about the gym thats great for our mind.
