Not even close. The person with the actual court case just asked for attorney suggestions. That isn't perjury, regardless of whatever bone-headed comments their post gets. The person commenting isn't under oath and thus cannot commit perjury. I doubt this even rises to the level of suborning perjury. You also say 'incriminated' as if it's already happened, and we have no evidence of that. Finally, we have only OP's word that the two people taking are even women. There are no pronouns to give it …

But we can't force women to get fucked? Correct. Setting aside the fact that you'd turn our servicemen into rapists - forced sex is certainly not what I joined up for - you're badly confusing the real military rationale for a draft, supplementing volunteer manpower, with some kind of perverted and twisted morale boost. Sickening. You might find agreement here, but I'd love to see you suggest this over in /r/military or a similar forum.

Hell, COL David Beckwith even set up a field brothel for his guys when he decided too many of them were coming back from the vill with the clap. ...so your plan is to draft women to serve as whores?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
