One of my co-workers just asked out another co-worker. She said no, because she's not an idiot. This guy, though, I nicknamed him The Incel the first day I met him. Among other embarrassments, he showed up to our new-hire orientation - for which we were specifically told to dress business casual - in gym shorts. In winter. I've been working with this scrote for 2.5 months now, and I have no evidence that this guy owns a single pair of real pants. It's gym shorts every single day. How does he thi…

Unconditional love is a concept EXCLUSIVELY for how a parent might feel about their children. It infuriates me how people have casually misused this term and now we've all gotten used to sticking the word "unconditional" before "love" in any and all contexts. If you're not talking about your (fur) babies, LAY OFF the "unconditional love". All other love is super conditional.

Assume that any time youre on a security camera, theres a perv in a little room watching the screen. I've worked in stores where the surveillance personnel were creepy, disrespectful men, and I was certain they were perving on female employees and customers. Stores should only hire women for surveillance jobs. Its the only way to protect female employees, and female/child customers from pervs and predators.

Thanks. I think the term "sex worker" was devised specifically to conflate lingerie modeling with the world's most vulnerable women selling blow jobs for pennies, for the benefit of a very VERY few privileged women in the sex trade and the men who would exploit us all. We shouldn't play into their manipulative scheme. Call things what they are. Strippers are strippers. Prostituted women are prostituted women. Trafficked 16yos are trafficked 16yos. Women who cammed fully clothed once or twice are…

I don't know what "sex worker" means. "Sex worker" includes lingerie models, big-name well-paid porn stars, amateur porn performers who hate it but really need the money, all kinds of strippers, trafficked child sex abuse victims, pimps, strip club owners, pornographers, and mentally ill homeless women trading blow jobs for pennies. More specific language is helpful. Anyway, the "sex workers" you saw were probably pimps and porn-lobbyists posing as strippers. Plus, there are so many women who ar…

This guys has really drunk the "stripping is a woman expressing her sexuality" koolaid. Everyone with half a brain knows that stripping isn't sexual at all for the woman doing it; she's reflecting the sexuality of male coomers. She's just doing the kind of humiliating shit with her body that causes you to part with your money. No stripper has ever been turned on while entertaining pathetic coomers.

Rational people: "dude, the Hooters waitress wasn't really flirting, she just wants a big tip, and she knows all her customers are actually gross creeps" This guy: "no, I know waitresses are friendly and show cleavage and stuff for tips, but I'm telling you, this one Hooters waitress was like, realllyy flirting with me and she totally wants to bang me. Wait, did you just call me a gross creep?"

With misogynists, it's always about what women are "allowed" to do with their bodies, coopting the language of sexual consent and abortion rights. They never want to talk about what men are allowed to do to the bodies of women who don't want to fuck them.

Funny is a personality trait, and men hate women with personalities. They prefer a sexxxy vacant vessel who will bend to their will. They know that women often have personalities, but that means nothing to them as long as you're hot. A hot woman isn't more attractive to a man if she has a good personality. But if a woman has a bad personality, then he loses some interest in her. So, an ideal woman is a sexxxy thang with no personality, because no personality = no bad personality, while men don't…

"Women lie about rape to fuck up men's lives" : this happens so infrequently, it's actually functionally correct to say that women NEVER lie about rape to fuck up men's lives. False crime reports happen, yes. And rape is no different from any other crime in that regard. In fact, reports of rapes that didnt happen occur at the same rate as other violent crimes. But nearly zero false reports of rape have ever been filed with nothing more than an intention to fuck up a man's life. That's a fact and…

"Men's role is to take care of and provide for their wife and children duuuhhhh" They want all the credit for ^that^ but aren't willing to do the work to earn it. I've seen a number of posts since social isolation started from/about men who learn how to do manicures/pedicures to treat their wives. That's nice. Don't ever have/raise kids with men. Seriously. I think women are better off raising kids by themselves (though raising them with another woman would be ideal). You're going to wind up doing all the work yourself, anyway. Letting a man into your family only invites confusion and disappointment. Doing it yourself means you're always in control.

Getting angry about inconsequential, every-day shit is so unattractive. "Waaah boo hoo, this rice is taking longer to cook than the recipe says, I'm gonna slam doors and swear a lot like a child boo bloo hoo!" Do you want to live with someone like that? Hell no!

I once had a man who was sitting two feet away from me, look me in the eye and tell me how he prefers when women don't wear makeup "like me". I was wearing foundation, eyeliner, and mascara. I told him this, and he looked defeated. He thought I was going to melt over his rare, precious, and tOtAlLy SiNcErE opinion about "natural women". When men say they don't like makeup, it's just a line. They don't actually care. They're just trying to tell you what you want to hear to get you in bed.

I've had success with getting my info deleted from individual websites by emailing the sites directly. They'll reply that they cant remove your info, or tell you that there's a process and you have to jump through hoops for them. After that, send a second, angrier email to say, no, you won't comply with their process and that you demand they get your home address off their website where any stalker can see it. Dont hesitate to call them leeches and low lifes. This has worked for me.

They want us to believe they have some curse placed on them where every time they see a pretty lady they pop a boner that must - MUST - be addressed as soon as possible. Which, no, I can't relate to that. I don't have sudden, overwhelming arousal every time I see an attractive man. But ... men don't experience that either. It's a lie. I don't think men are, on average, more easily aroused than women. (and they certainly aren't any less capable of controlling themselves.) But if it's true that me…

Women will simply never understand what it's like to have a sex drive - that exclusively male phenomenon with no female analogue. From what men tell us, having a sex drive is an all-consuming biological imperative that overrides all other needs and desires. And we should really take their word for it. Remember, if a man rapes you, it's because you're pretty and he literally could not stop himself. Don't hold that against him. <- The logical conclusion to this line of thinking. It's all a long co…

Yeah, Mr. Love's band was juvenile. I loved them when I was in middle school. But as an adult, I don't want to listen to a man in his 20s being sad about his parents divorcing. I'd rather hear a woman screaming about the horrors of growing up female. Much more relatable.

People get so mad when I say that 'daddy issues' isn't real. They're sooo sure that they can identify personality traits that prove a woman had a bad dad AND that she deserve to be ridiculed. I just don't think there's any truth to the stereotypes. Plus the only purpose of 'daddy issues' is for men to mock women, and for women to excuse their risky sexual behaviors. I'd be happy if I just never heard 'daddy issues' again.

YES! Thank you! Men think the goal of a date is to get a woman to agree to go on another date. Women think the goal of a date is to get to know one another and determine if there's a connection - which determines whether or not there will be another date. It drives me crazy! So many men don't understand women as entire, unique people, and it shows. All he's he's looking for is a female body to occupy the passenger seat of his sad car (lol), doesn't matter what's going on in her head. He's willin…

Until they say their safe word? That means that he beats women in ways that they haven't even 'consented' to (insofar as you can consent to be beaten). Right? Like he knows if he gives her a little spank she'll be ok, but if he punches her in the face she'll be so scared and in pain that she'll say the safe word - so he punches her in the face. Tell me more about this safe & sane lifestyle *eyes rolling out of my head*

What?? There's no such thing as 'tattoo shaming'. God, you can't just put 'shaming' after any word and declare it off-limits. A tattoo is choice that someone made, and in most cases spent a chunk of change on. If we can't judge people for their choices and actions, what the hell are we supposed to judge them on?

Libfems and the men they hang around identify as inclusive and above all criticism, and we need to respect that. Seriously though, AH THIS POST IS GLORIOUS! This is one of the most refreshingly feminists subs, I swear. (With some of the most intelligent and well-written posts and comments you'll see on reddit, fwiw.) Women here don't talk about feminism, per say. They just live their lives with a feminist backbone, and analyze the world around them through a feminist lens. It's like, we're all o…

He didn't try to hide it because he didn't believe he was doing anything wrong. I long for the days when men at least had the decency to be ashamed of their porn habits.

I think it's fair to interpret cat-hate as misogynist. Maybe not on the surface, but at the very least you're dealing with someone who's never thought very much about how cultural attitudes toward cats is related to attitudes toward women, yet is fully invested in the idea that it's cool to hate cats.

Damn! He really thought you were stupid enough to fall for that AND take him back. Warms my heart to know you're thriving without that loser!

How many times can a girl fall for "Oh, I wasn't really into going to the strip club, but the guys all wanted to, so I just went along." Meanwhile, all the guys in the group are telling their gfs and wives the exact same thing. Glad there are a few women on reddit who think that going to a strip club gets a man DUMPED.

Imagine being judged by a man who doesn't open his mouth when he speaks. Quit mumbling! It's hilarious how he tries to sound authoritative, but it comes out like but for rill do like come on. He couldn't pretend to not be intimidated by beautiful, confident women for 3 seconds. Let's be honest, IF those women were 6s (lol) they would still be WAY out of his league.

"Performing like a sexual object is out my comfort zone, but I do it anyway because this loser I've saddled myself to makes me feel like I have to make sex as enjoyable as possible for him while I'm not allowed to enjoy it myself. Please don't tell me to dump him :D" Someone needs to tell homegirl that she should never, ever do anything in the bedroom that she doesn't enjoy. Like, why???? WHY!?? When I was a teenager before I started dating I was terrified of having sex, because tv and movies ta…
