| 1 | Sex trafficking efforts focus on girls, though many surveys have found more boys than girls offering prostitutionI agree that the perception of girls needing help more than boys is a problem, however I do not blame rescue agencies for focusing their advertisements on girls. The fact is they are trying to right a wrong and they need money to do that, and people, male and female, are naturally more sympathetic towards girls than boys. It's not right but it is the way the world works. Focusing on female victims raises more money than focusing on male victims or equal representation.
