If you have a baby inside you, you have a responsibility to it. You cant have it one way and not the other. If a woman is allowed to terminate their "maternal" rights because they dont want to/arent ready to be a mother, then a father should be able to terminate his.

We are not divorced yet so there's no custody in place .. she has him for now and that's why I'm fighting.. the original divorce papers say I can get fun for a week every summer and a week every OTHER Christmas. It's fucked up and the MN courts are letting it happen. He begged to come home with me. Told me he heard his mother tell her new BF to kill me, and that he new BF hits him, spanks him and makes him go to sleep early when she's not around. It kills me. I'm in the military so I can't come …

He shows that he loves me more than ever now... he randomly hugs me and begs to go home with me and live with me... parents harm children by shutting out the other parent. They know what's going on, no matter the age. My son is 3, and will be 4 in April.

I have a pretrial hearing for my divorce on Monday, and my STBX finally let me see him since I had to come into town. I'm active duty military and she moved 23 hours from where I am stationed. Hopefully MN believes somewhat in men's/father's rights.

That was my thinking. My put of state lawyer (me being military) is calling me tomorrow. I just wanted to know what I should be focusing on.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
