To me, this is weak thinking. You should be an independent man and dependent on yourself only. You should learn from others and progress, rather than having your hand out, looking for help. Why is it your friends responsibility to improve you? It's not. Good friends should help you improve, but saying that because someone doesn't go out of their way all the time to help, isn't a friend - is naive thinking.
