Ehh i disagree. Before in marriage a woman had to care for the chillen and other house and farm work, while her husband did the other parts of the hard work. They worked more or less similarly, though differently. And they didn't marry for love, most of them anyway, imo. People then couldn't really afford love. Though yeah now in the modern city life there really isn't much for a stay at home mom to do. But there was a point to marriage before. IMO.

Tbh i doubt there was that much love as we think about it. TBH i doubt this sub will get much more views. I think it gained a bit of popularity, but it will subside soon enough i think. I mean, people said this sub will be 50k after december, but it's been 10 days already and only 1500 new subs gained. Well more like fat is the building blocks of men with strong minds and bodies. AFAIK testosterone is made with the help of fat and so do most good hormones. Not sure if you NEED red meat. I'd say it's more about insulin resistance and eating carbs too often. At least that's what helped me (aka keto and IF). If you do CICO and still eat plenty of carbs, you'll still feel hungry as fuck. With keto and eating within a time period it's much better, barely feeling hungry.

Keto is great, with intermittent fasting. The only thing that helped me be consistent, because as you said, it lowers insulin resistance and makes you less hungry and craving carbs. Can go a day without eating with no problem (not that i do it since i try to build muscle, but still, no more cravings and feelings of I HAVE TO EAT OR I'LL DIE like i did when i had carbs).
