Why isn't the guy in jail then? Because he didn't do the crime. I'm not saying that the justice system is perfect, I'm just saying that the issue is no different than someone claiming you stole from them and then you going to prison for it. Not exactly a particularly male issue to be accused and jailed while innocent. There is nothing special about rape accusations in this case either.
