Depends, but you didn't specify if it was a plate or an LTR in your OP (assuming this is someone you're banging regularly of course...) If she is a quality LTR then yes, you will need to do stuff like this every now and then. But for anything else, I wouldn't bother. She's either attracted to you or not, helping her with her problems isn't going to get you more sex. I've had plates ask me to come over and help them with heavy lifting or any kind of handyman type of work. I'd never do it. Reaso…

You are 100% right in how you feel, but that's just what they do. You can't change it, just be prepared next time. The key thing though IMO, is to not be too extreme on either end. Don't go full scorched Earth on a simple plate telling her how disrespectful it was (shows that you're too emotionally invested, value her too much, etc.), but at the same time don't send a "oh it's ok hope you feel better!!" type text either. Just something quick and down the middle like "alright, some other time". D…

I don't agree with outright letting her know that it isn't ok on her part or that you're pissed off. For an LTR, yeah that's different but for a plate? Just say something along the lines of "That's fine, maybe some other time" and then don't talk to her again unless she reaches out. That's usually my go to. The key is that your ACTIONS need to show that it's not ok...aka by not reaching out to her again. Plates come and go, just accept it and don't let it bother you. I had the same thing somew…

Lol yeah dude she's a lost cause as far as LTR material goes. No way this will end well, I would start looking for other girls

Pretty much this. OP did everything right in person, but then somehow went full desperation mode after she left? Very strange. The night went well, he played his cards right, all he has to do is be distant enough and she'll guaranteed to come crawling back at some point.

Set a time to hangout and logistically have a plan to get her to your bed ASAP. There’s only so many make out sessions you can have before they lose interest

Maybe so. Maybe she's getting plowed by Chad as we speak, and will continue to get plowed by Chad all the while never getting back to you. Or maybe her hamster will spin, she'll wonder what happened to you, and then come crawling back when things return to normal. But again, if you're bothered by the first outcome then you have a lot more sidebar to read and internalize my friend. There is a 100% chance though she will get bored if you do anything but ghost her

I've said this a few times before, but again, this is why I don't recommend even keeping in touch with anybody that's not an established plate during this lockdown time. You can't keep interest high by texting for weeks or months on end. They will become too familiar with you and just get bored. Best thing to do is to cut contact completely and let her reach out when it's all over. Yes, there's a good chance she'll also find someone else but if you're that worried about losing her, you are still…

Hey, thanks for the reply. It was just something I was intellectually curious about, but obviously doesn't affect my decision to immediately drop them one way or the other. I just found it an odd phenomenon that so many seem to do it despite it always causing problems (unless the guy is a simp before). I thought it was either a) to logically keep someone as a backup but that seemed unlikely due to "women logic" lol b) because they hamster their way into thinking he can just be a beta orbiter…

We all know talking to an ex-bf is a redflag, had it happen to me when I was much younger and immediately dumped her. That was basically my transition from BP to RP right there after ending that relationship. What I still don't understand is the "why?" women always do it. Is it one of those things that's intentional because the guy isn't filling a need? Is she doing it to setup a strategic fallback branch to swing too? Or are they all truly that oblivious/hamstering and legitimately think that…

That's not been my experience. I feel like the longer I go, the better I generally feel overall. I'm a believer in NoFap completely which I know is controversial, but I always feel like crap for a few days after. So I just don't see the point for me but I guess everyone is different. Of course, I'm talking about masturbation not sex itself

lol yeah women are weird, I won't pretend I'm an expert on what motivates them. Him always having to coax her to go to the gym was probably his downfall i.e. losing frame. Since you said he was ripped, he should've just told her "Going to the gym now, see you when I get back" and she would've most likely gone with him eventually if he never asked. Would've started hamstering and wondering what she was missing out on

I had a GF just like this many years ago who was totally into my fitness frame. She was a 6 or 7 when we met who was in good enough shape just by being young and going to the gym occasionally. However, once we started dating she was obsessed about going to the gym with me, playing outdoor sports, doing outdoor workouts together, etc and she got in great shape. So no surprise I bumped into her and her new fat BF many months after I broke up with her, she gained atleast 30 pounds and was not attra…

idk about framing it as an "insult" to her man. Some people, men or women, are just undisciplined and just won't change regardless. If anything, I'd think women who are upset with their man would actually be motivated to lose weight to increase the odds of Chad scooping her off her feet. But regardless, I agree that it's absolutely worthy of breaking up even if she insists she's "trying"

idk I went almost all of quarantine ignoring a plate before she reached out a few days ago. She's coming over to my place tomorrow night. I guess it's part dread game, part not giving a fuck, part luck, and also part her not having too many options right now. Although she may have banged a few Chads off of OLD, but I don't care since she's just a plate. Like another commenter said, it's better to go radio silent and barely communicate versus trying to keep up texting regularly. There's practical…

Seems normal to me. Are there guys out there who literally go shopping and run errands with girls that they aren't banging? LOL, I didn't know orbiting has gotten that bad now. The only time I'll invite platonic girls around as friends is for social proof if I'm going out to a bar or some other social event or something. Literally no other reason. Much easier to game other women if you have a herd with you that enjoys your company than if you're by yourself or with a handful of other guy friends…

I won't say I "love it", but it's been very nice in a lot of ways. There are certain social events and of course the gym that I miss. But, like everyone else here I've looked at it as a great opportunity to invest in myself since the usual distractions are gone and truly feel like I'll come out of this a better man. And working from home has been awesome

I think it was in the Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck where he said that always being cordial to strangers and asking things like "how are you?" or "Good to see you!" is mainly a Western thing. In the West, collecting a bunch of shallow connections/friendships has always been beneficial due to networking which can lead to a new job opportunity or meeting a potential romantic partner through mutual friends. In places like Russia however, they're not as open. Because of the KGB and the "secret pol…

As other have said, once you leave your parents' house or are completely independent, you quickly learn that you are literally on your own. Nobody will consistently be there to help you outside of a close friend when they have the time. Especially as a male. You will have to make the effort yourself. It's sink or swim. 2) There's no eventual "finish line" at the end of your hard work. Atleast it's not a linear progression. When you're in school, you study hard, stay up late, etc and get reward…

I agree 100%, and I'll comment because this applies to me. My plates come and go, and I truly don't care if I go two weeks or six months without sex at this point because it's just not that important to me. I have enough fun stuff going on in my life to where women/plates are legitimately not high on the list of things I care about. For instance, I had a former plate reach out to me yesterday that I haven't talked to in 1-2 months. I didn't respond until just now almost 24 hours later. It wasn't…

Nothing crazy compared to most of the guys here. Still working from home and job looks to be stable for awhile. - Improving programming skills. Useful in my career field, but not essential - alternating calisthenic workout at home and jogging along with strict diet to atleast maintain a good frame - decrease alcohol consumption. Wanted to completely eliminate it, but I've had some drinks here and there - studying for an important certification in my field - Reading atleast an hour a day

Exactly. OP really didn’t miss out anything other than just the sex itself which would’ve been over after 10 minutes anyway. But in the future OP, I think kino is what you need. Make sure she has “open” body language which in this case seemed obvious by telling you you can sleep in her bed. Next, put your arm around her, then rub her back, etc. Then, find a good time either when the movie is paused or over to go in for the kiss then keep escalating after that. If a girl is cuddling with you, you…

You could say your SMV should trump him all you want but it’s obviously not happening. Looking good will just get you an IOI and that’s it. After that it’s all game. It’s analogous to getting a job. A good looking resume will land you an interview but your personality will have to take the rest of the way.

The only exception for me is social proof. I don’t mind racking up a few female friends if there’s a chance that I could take them out with me to improve my chances of finding an actual girl to bang. Or if they want to “matchmake” (girls alre good at that). My success have always been better with a mixed group than with a bunch of dudes. It’s a strange phenomena how some guys can be smart, logical, etc about literally everything except women’s intentions even when it’s right there in front of them. It’s like they just can’t admit the obvious because their egos would take too much of a hit. I think this type of denial also delays developing game because of the fear of being rejected

Did I read this right? “Isolation” “kino”? This guy is literally running PUA game on your gf at your own place?? Wow! I don't have any groundbreaking advice. Experience has taught me the only way to legitimately have a shot at getting a raise, is if the boss knows you will walk out the door. If the threat to leave isn't there, I don't see why they would give in and my experience has also been the case. Doing the "right thing" doesn't make the company money, they can always just use the default "Oh we don't have the money right now. Sorry" card. That happened to me twice, when I went in and justified my case, bu…

Yes to the benefits. I’m a bit higher than average in my city, and much higher for my experience. I basically just started year two of my IT career. BUT I negotiated a higher salary upfront due to the high demand in my area (take that wage gap feminists!) I think the IT certifications are one of the best kept secrets out there. OP could literally go from where he is now to $60k in two years easily by just paying a few hundred bucks to get a couple of certs

Lol. I remember my first gf in high school, and how serious I thought it was at the time when we broke up. At 29, I look back and laugh at how meaningless it all was. You have so much life ahead of you to live. In my experience, every relationship that I saw in HS ended at some point. None of them lasted to marriage. Move on, my man and enjoy life

Absolutely agree with the IT certs. I got laid off from a highly specialized, lucrative job in a dying industry. With nowhere to turn, I spent a few hundred bucks getting Network+ and Security* certs. Took about 5 months and then got a job almost immediately in IT that paid decent. Worked there for a year, then got a job which now pays $80k. I also continued getting more carts as well to increase my value. Completely turned my life around in a short time. Holy shit man. So many red flags, I think you need to get out ASAP, don’t give her a reason. No healthy relationship would ever have a girl acting like that. How old is she? This is common behavior for girls in their late teens/early twenties. And to be honest, you checking her phone, social media, etc is just going to drive her even more to cheat if she somehow hasn’t already
/r/askTRP18/02/19 06:42 PM
2

Nothing wrong with open relationships but this is entirely a different situation in that it was an agreed upon EXCLUSIVE relationship from the start. Over time you develop feelings and switching to an open relationship after the shock of being cheated on will never work. Only way imo is to cut all contact immediately and move on

That is such a narrow minded view it’s not even funny. It completely dismisses the obvious fact that we are infinitely more complicated than any other species out there. There’s no other animal in the animal kingdom who can even strategically plan out their day 5 seconds in advance. Just fulfilling one biological urge after another. For them, reproduction IS the only way to have a “lasting” impact. To say the same for humans is just lazy. What about the inventors? You’re saying the guy who inven…

I'm 29, never really wanted kids since my blue pill days (before age 21 or so), and I'm pretty much set in stone at this point. Honestly, don't even really care about spinning plates that much anymore either. I still do it from time to time, but it's not worth all that effort to me. My goal at this point is to have the money, skills, etc. to have as much freedom as possible, which obviously the whole " marriage with kids" thing prevents.
/r/askTRP16/02/19 10:32 PM

Yep, that's another thing. OP shouldn't feel bad, I mentioned earlier that women will cheat for many other reasons other than just going for the most "alpha" guy. Sometimes women will cheat because she thinks her guy IS too alpha and will leave at any point. So she could just be getting the next vine ready

Had a similar situation around seven years ago that introduced me to the Red pill. Same scenario, Beta orbiter who I had no concern about, and a girl who was clearly dating up so I had all the power. Once I found out they were hanging out, I dumped her immediately BUT I gave no particular reason just to fuck with her head. After the waterworks act, I never talked to her again. That's the way to do it OP, and drop the ego. It's almost 100% she cheated, but don't take it personal. Women, especia…

It's not that hard to get laid in the big city, there's just more people. What you're saying is true when talking about 9 and 10's. You probably won't get any attention from them as you maybe would if you were in the country. But as long as you're decent looking, have game, personality, and a good job, you'll be fine. lol I went to Los Angeles a few months ago, and I got laid by hardly doing anything. I'm not a heavy drinker but a few times a month, I'll have three or four glasses of wine in a night. I hydrate well, and it's not enough to get me a hangover, but I still feel slow w/ additional brain fog the next morning. After a few days of no alcohol at all, I feel more masculine. So I pretty much just stick to special occasions with family and friends. If you are doing it as a stress reliever, something in your life is out of balance. Maybe you are afraid of failure.

It's weird. I am 28 and a half, and I feel much better than when I was 21. I've not shown any signs of slowing down athletically. The key is just taking care of yourself. I've been exercising regularly pretty much my entire life and have been eating healthy for the past 5 to 6 years. Thank you for the genuine response. I have read Meditations but it has been a few years. Will definitely dust if off, and go through it again. To your last paragraph, when you said "don't be fraught by any instance of a daily failure"... I've been struggling mightily with that for a few years. You're citing the top .00000001%. Nobody on this sub is going to be Bill Gates or Michael Jordan. The only way for pretty much all of us to leave any kind of 'legacy' is to have kids. Nope, I think you're wrong. Why should she have to say she has a boyfriend? It's all a game, there's no "morals" in pickup. This is sincerely one of the best posts I've ever read on here. I've been seeing a lot of "What am I supposed to do if I can't get a woman later on in life?" type posts lately. This is anti-red pill. The red pill is all about knowing the truth, accepting that things are the way they are, and moving on with the cards you've been dealt. As you said, there is an idealized version of happiness for all of us, but we will never achieve it since it depends on conditions outside of ourself.
