That's a good way to look at it. Keep your expectations logical and conservative. Also, you have to talk to a doctor about this. I can't stress that enough. I'm sure lots of guys jelq and write about it on the internet, but talk to a professional urologist who can give you advice about the possible long-term side ffects. Play it safe.

Always talk to a doctor before performing any sort of dick routines that can permanently alter (maybe injure) your dick. You only have one, man. Be safe and talk to a doctor before trying anything. About your overall size, I wouldn't worry about it to be honest. If you keep your frame, stay fit and healthy, you will have no problems with getting women, or keeping one for that matter. You have an average penis, which is not a bad thing at all. I honestly think the average man's consumption of por…

The funny thing about clinical phobias is that they're used to describe irrational fears, but progressives have hijacked the term to describe opinions. The not politically correct kind.

What has this sub has become? The snake alpha, the lion alpha? This is copypasta bullshit fit for tumblr or a thoughtless Cosmo magazine.

Exactly what I thought. I replied as I did because you posted a political narrative with no source; a propaganda line, nothing more. If you think my numbers aren't accurate, then show me that they aren't. And man, this is the internet. You just let me worry about my frame, but nice misdirection there.

http://www.bls.gov/news.release/pdf/forbrn.pdf (The stats start on page six) There is not a single job sector that employs a majority immigrant (illegal or otherwise) labor force, and if you believe that's not the case, please post your source. That is unless you have a better source than the government's Bureau of Labor Statics. This idea that American men won't work dirty blue collar jobs is absurd, not founded in reality, nor is it supported by facts... Fuck you and the horse you rode in on u…

But if you're going somewhere, you'll get somewhere God damn, that's a good one.

I don't think I agree with cutting all taxes, but I do agree they need to be lower. And not to conflate politics with TRP, but right? It's seems kind of off-handed, but it's so true. Outsourcing jobs to China (in large part because of their currency manipulation) has hurt American men so much more than anything the feminist movement has ever produced. I see so much anger in this sub directed at feminists... I wish young men would understand that feminism is a symptom of the problem. The actual p…

I don't know, man. I'm 25, a veteran, and soon to be a college graduate. My job prospects aren't looking that great, either. We have been slowly losing manufacturing and skilled blue collar jobs for over a generation. Hell, the fact that half of 25 year-olds live with their parents is very telling of the fact that we are losing middle class jobs. The days of our grandfathers and fathers, the days of a young man who is willing to work hard would find a reasonable job at a stable company that prom…

Man, my grandfather was a walking RP too. I wish I had more time with him. When I was 10 and having some trouble with bullies, I told him about it and he dropped what he was doing and brought me to the store and bought me a punching bag. He taught me to jab, not swing! And I'll never forget what he said. "People like that prey on the weakness of others. Next time they give you trouble, pick out the biggest one and break his nose. Then go to the office and tell them what you did and take your pun…

Well, I substitute it with a flat dumbbell press. I like it better because it forces me to drop weight, go slower, and focus on my form more. Not to say that there's anything wrong with regular bench, I just find I get a better workout from using my secondary muscles a bit more to stabilize the dumbbells and keep my form tight. I feel a lot of guys don't do dumbell press workouts more over regular bench because they usually have to drop weight to keep better form and many guys in the gym have an…

I appreciate your opinion. Normally you would be right. I just don't have as strong of a knee as I used to and I don't feel comfortable doing free weight squats. That's what 4 years in the Army got me. I can do squats with the guided bars attached to rail on the squat rack and I work in deadlifts quite frequently to make up for it. It might not a perfect or even ideal routine, but I only have one set of knees and I'm not going to risk another serious injury to one at at 25 years old just to get …

I've also noticed a huge difference since switching completely to free weights (except squats and hamstrings, I have bad knees) and doing compound lifts. I've also been able to cut a lot of different lifts out. I stick to deadlifts, incline/decline dumbbells, chest flys, barbell shrugs and barbell hang-pulls (not sure the accepted term for that workout is). And I've worked abs into leg workouts (hanging leg lifts, laying leg lifts, and deadlifts). I feel working them together has given me more c…
