We’re taught from an early age to marry as fast as possible to “multiply and replenish the earth.” It’s the culture here to marry, but divorce rates are just as high here as anywhere else. Part of the Mormon marriage is to “be together for ETERNITY.” So when a wife cheats (which is what happened to me, and many of my friends) the shock makes us turn to resources to figure out what’s happening.
