There really is no federal law regarding surrogacy in the us. And there really are states in wich the surrogate can't keep the baby. California for example "Once the agreement is signed by the judge, the documents will be sent to the hospital where the child will be delivered. 0	Just another legal double standard He literally asked me "where did I say the girl was raped" while the lowest age of consent in the us is 16. He literally agrues that sex between a 14 year old girl and an adult man is not rape. He even accuses me of not saying stat rape instead of just rape because he thinks it is not rape.
