1: There are NO ways to find out unreported sexual assault, because it then becomes reported sexual assault. 2: What I meant was they were classifying them as rapists, when they were innocent, which is immoral and rude. 3: When a rapist is reported to the police, if they know who the rapist is he/she will go to trial to either be found innocent or guilty.
