Getting to low bodyfat is what will give you abs and also make your forearms look defined. Of course you need some muscle to reveal, but if you're ripped it doesn't take much to look impressive.

I have had much more success with women who work at the gym. You can build a rapport when you see them almost every day, and it's not rude to approach them and talk because they aren't in the middle working out.

A couple things I noticed... 1) nice job making that much money 2) why would a single guy want to pay the rent for a 4 bedroom house in the Bay Area? Just because you can afford more doesn't mean you need to spend more. That is a ton of money you could be saving toward investments and financial independence.

Hang out with friends, pursue your hobbies, hit the gym or whatever it is you do on a daily basis. Hang out with the girl again on Wednesday and if that seems like too long of a wait, you can go on a date with someone else in the meantime. For all you know, she might be trying to play hard to get by acting casual about your next meeting. You seem needy by caring so much about her response and justifying your sexual performance. Just relax a bit and fit her into your schedule.
