You don't need personalized advice. You need a few tribes. When you get set in at the gym and meet some of the guys, you begin to workout with them more. You may get a workout partner. You'll get on a first-name basis with some of them. They may invite you to things. You can invite them to things. Second tribe. Find a group that participates in an interest of your own. Myself, I find people who want to record music or just jam as a hobby. I don't do it professionally but it's not hard to find li…

I think a lot of the dissonance new men here face is caused by the comparison of women's self-serving nature with ignorance of their own blue pill dynamics. They compare a woman's branch swinging to the absence of loyalty and fluff themselves up as 'better'. Or perhaps false rape accusations leave the beta wondering, "When will women learn honor". The thesis of your post can be summed up as 'get the fuck over amorality.' If you can learn to look at the world with an absence of morality you can m…

4 months for me. Anger can still be my first reaction to red pill things, but at this point it's because I wasn't being mindful. By becoming angered, I'm no longer seeing whatever it is objectively. When I put my hand in a piranha tank and one bites me, I shouldn't become enraged, I should expect it and think, "The fuck am I doing?". It's kind of like that.

That's good, it builds momentum. Here's something to do, come up with an actionable plan for quitting. Go to a park, or library, or Starbucks and just sit there and think of your goal of quitting. Set a deadline for that and some smaller goals along the way. Make your goal measurable such as go 12 hours without smoking and progressively make them harder until you attain your larger goal. Track your progress on a sheet of paper or notebook, whatever. And no, just because you made it 12 hours does…

Nothing on the sidebar deals with physiological brain differences. If you don't know why women do the things they do and men don't do what women do, especially as it relates to their schedule of mating, then you need to read the sidebar again. Read it as many times as you need to until you build a big picture understanding of the Red Pill, then read it some more.

I mean, look at the way men and women's bodies are made too. Women are all squishy and soft, low pain tolerance and high fat, built for baby making. Men, on the other hand, thicker skin, low body fat and high muscle, built for work. Our minds you should know the differences if you've read the sidebar. The nice thing about understanding, not knowing, this information is that it sets up a great inter-gender frame. It's hard to take shit from women when you're the one who does all the work.

Listen to the Black Philip show to help it sink in. Episodes are free on YouTube and it's helped me actually put the sidebar into practice and see the forest for the trees.

My favorite Patrice quote goes something similar to, "I'm going to be 100% happy. It's her decision if she's going to be happy with or without me." Agency comes back around to taking responsibility for your happiness.

And if you're not funny, here's how to get funny: Think of two random, unrelated nouns. i.e. A pencil and a bed. List out traits of each. Pencil: Straight, writes, yellow, eraser, rubber, lead Bed: Flat, soft, comfortable, clean And finally create a "cross" joke that brings the traits of each together Now what do you get when you cross a bed and a pencil? A flat stick that erases your feet while you sleep. I guarantee I can get a girl to laugh at that and probably playfully call me names at the …

Thank you! This whole post is hamstering. She literally hit the dude up and asked if he was single then upon rejection said "Nope! I'm such an idiot I'm never doing this again!" That's just a platitude and look how much outpouring OP is getting for it from all of these commenters. All talk no action.

Practice mindfulness meditation, that'll get you out if your head. There's currently a meditation thread on the front page of this subreddit with good links and books. As for the endless cycle of procrastination, just fucking do it. I know you don't want to and browsing reddit is so much easier but you need to rid yourself of instant gratification and learn to embrace delayed gratification. Every morning I make my bed very specifically. It's not thrown together but made to a standard where the c…

I remember reading something a few days ago that said men make choices and decisions internally; women, externally. She makes decisions as a result of her environmental factors like her group of friends goes to the gym, or her crush only dates fitness chicks so she goes to the gym now. I like what you've mentioned as it is important to realize people have it out for themselves only and you need to hold frame in the face of their discouragement.

Don't take it so literally. The same pretense behind "going to the gym is for losers" is also behind "you look fine how you are." They're trying to get you to accept mediocrity in the face of what you actually want to be doing and achieving.

Plan. Do. Review. You need to come up with a system for how you plan to get your tasks done. I first just wrote down all of my 'to-dos' on a post it note. I used the post it note until I felt I was failing too often. Sat there for a minute, reflected, and came up with writing all of my daily tasks on a small whiteboard near my desk, and writing all of the 'to-dos' like checking car fluids, or folding laundry, on the right side of the white board. This worked for a few weeks but it was missing so…

Fact: He was acted on by her. Nobody respects a man who is acted upon, especially by a woman. Social Construct: Women can only be acted upon; they have no agency. She must have done this as a result of influences upon her, emotional distress due to circumstances, or something he must have done. Due to our social construct and the fact this man was acted upon, everything circles right back to him.

Friend of my best friend told him she had been raped while away at college just days before. He confessed that to me and I said, "That really sucks. I'm staying out of this.", and went on my way. Guess who shows up a week later looking to party and get drunk? Miss Alpha Widow herself. She tried the rape card to get my friend's sympathy; despicable.

TRP is a heavily subjective philosophy. For me, self-actualization is the goal and I don't make time for stagnant activities. I follow my path and those who would like to join can compliment my life if they so choose. I don't see women as less than me, they play to their imperative, I play to mine (see Schedules of Mating). They get what they want from me, a strong attractive man, I get what I want from them, sex, no-nagging, and a willingness to tag along on my life. They will drop me in a hear…

Agree up until degrading. It's not that it's degrading, it's that being fucked savagely by a man is not what society says a perfect little wonderful young lady should be doing, so she rationalizes that drive away until 50 shades of greys come out. If she respects you as an alpha, and you leave her plausible deniability, your cock will thank you.

If you haven't, I think you should read this article by IM, OP. That goes for everyone who doesn't understand when a logical argument is the wrong kind of argument to present. It has taught me to counter-argue in the same manner as the argument. If they're argument is insincere, respond with insincerity. Machiavellian Thinking vs. Conventional Logic

When a musician spends decades perfecting his craft, he typically ends up with his own style, ala Van Halen, or Mozart. Chefs develop their own style of cooking. Managers their own style of leadership. You'll see this everywhere especially with the EC's, they don't sound as similar to each other as the new posters here. They have their own style, and I belive as men it is our duty to ourselves to digest all of the subject matter we can on what interests us and develop our own personal style. Qui…

I feel like dipshit pussy men are at the heart of the epidemic of shitty women. Beta Bux A woman can leave at any time because there's always some schmuck thirstier than you that can slide on in. Due to beta bux, abundance is her default. Even the 'alphas' pumping and dumping them are technically rewarding their shitty behavior. You spread your genes, she gets no commitment. Win. Women won't get better until men get better. We're not a movement. We're the pump 'n dumpers. (yes, we do LTR's too, …

Holy shit post. We're here for strategy not genetics OP. Your last point is the only thing that's actionable and I'd say it's wrong. Don't look down on anyone that's just pathetic, instead be dominant and lead those around you in your own reality. You're here to learn to cultivate an empire. As the emperor you need a loyal and strong army to reign supreme, and you do this by leveraging those who join your reality upwards, not by standing on their backs. And I'd retitled #3 to be dominant around …

Marriage kept female hypergamy in check. No-fault divorce and the entitlement of alimony/child support to the woman killed marriage. Who do you think lobbied for that?

Love the last sentence. Monk moding right now and currently ridding myself of the immediate pleasures I've indulged in the last few years. I'm actively pursuing to break habits I've engaged in for nearly a decade, day in and day out, and you think a woman with a cute face, pussy, and tits is going to out-value that? They're merely entertainment between the hours of my self-improvement.

Quit worrying mate. RP philosophy isn't an unstable framework that just happens to work for millenial women. RP philosophy is the law of the land for men looking to improve the sexual sector of their lives. This stuff has worked for men from pre-history, to ancient egypt, the renaissance, all the way up to 2016. The reason for this is that the main tenets of TRP are not based on social conditioning which would change over and over as the social climate moves, but rather it's based on evolutionar…

"Are you dating anyone?" "Yeah, lots." "No one ugly." "Only women." These responses would fit well with cocky/funny. I wouldn't put any effort in the response at all emotionally speaking. Just respond with one of those three and carry the conversation to a different topic very smoothly. Don't linger on the answer and let her ask questions basically. /u/Battle-Scars has a good response below as well.

Very good point. Maybe an hour ago at work one of my coworkers asked if I was seeing anyone right now. I answered back no and immediately winced mentally. Would have been a perfect time to practice spinning up the hamster and have her think competition even though work relationships cross my boundaries. It's good to know what your mistakes are so you can improve on them and you only make mistakes through experience.

TRP is sexual strategy, not men's rights. What this man did was let himself be physically and emotionally abused by his girlfriend. That kind of behavior from a woman is not tolerated by game aware men, especially those of abundance mentality. He receives vitriol on this subreddit for the public embodiment of beta mentality.

Definitely. I hope it gets stickied as well. The biggest takeaway for noobs that I saw was that Buckets still hadn't gotten laid after a year and a half of lifting and self improvement. I read that book nearly 10 years ago and I must say, I've thought about it at least once a week since then. I very often consciously pick up body cues from other people as well as my self. Very useful, but don't get too caught up consciously analyzing body cues. Read it, internalize it, let your subconscious guide you thereafter.

This. Things didn't work out with the last girl I dated. I was still holding onto the belief that this chick would love me for who I am, unconditionally. Wrong. I blamed her and was pissed at her and women for being so callous. I realized shortly thereafter that she was just being feminine, but so was I in my actions. I realize as a man it was my fault for not leading and pulling her into my reality. I'm now grateful for that failed relationship because I learned that women don't love unconditio…

DNA replication isn't perfect. Aging comes about when a replication enzyme cuts a little off the ends of your DNA strands. That DNA no longer exists to produce new hair. That's freshman level DNA replication and 100% conjecture. Once the genes are gone, they're gone.

The thesis of this post is the first thing I've noticed about women since unplugging. They offer of themselves whatever you are confident enough to take, and to act otherwise is a shit-test failure. I disagree that the bar has been set high as you said. It is much easier nowadays to work yourself into the minority percentage of men who have their way with women. Modern women are not happy, contrary to their hedonistic lifestyle, they lack the forethought to realize instant pleasure is not satisf…
