| 5 | I like this communityYour words hit hard, and they should. That shift from being embraced as a boy to feared as a man? When the script gets flipped on you and everything feels out of sync. Like something in you is off. I’ve been there too, and so have many of my friends. We’ve been handed maps on how to “be a man.” Ones we were told, or believed, were wise to follow. Only to get backhanded upon arriving at the destination and realize those maps were about as valuable as ash. It’s easy to swallow that poison whole.
