She used to be a man but is at the very least is far enough along in the transition to be legally a woman. I don't know and don't want to know how far the transition truly is. The fact that it is fairly common knowledge however is why I'm going to guess that she hasn't been negotiating for a raise on her knees. Edit: to address the second part of your question, yes she is still a terrible employee.

I have personally seen this in my workplace. We recently had a management position open and had a number of qualified people apply. Instead of hiring any of the well qualified men they hired one of the few women who applied for the job. Since being hired she has been constantly late, shirks her responsibilities to her senior staff member, and spends far more time away from her desk doing lord only knows what instead of her job.

My understanding and ability to identify fallacies is fairly poor but as best as I can guess it's Genetic. Special Pleading, Bandwagon, and No True Scotsman also seemed potential but don't quite fit in my opinion.

Glad I'm not the only one. I'm white and some of my most respected coworkers are of African origin. I have a heavy dose of Anglo blood in my veins and the best man at my wedding is of Latino descent. I agree. I'm a new member myself so I can't speak to "the good old days" but I do see and agree with your points regarding the image that is put forth by people who are looking to do nothing more than complain. Perhaps a second subreddit is needed for specifically that, maybe it already exists, but r/MensRights needs to keep a certain image forward if we're to be taken seriously. We've already got an uphill battle and there is no sense in shooting ourselves in the foot.

I love her logic in this video. there are many skills that everyone should know but hope they never need.
