If you’ve ever read the back of a woman’s romance novel, you’ll know that’s not true. The “safe” you’re talking about is just “being a nice-guy”. The best sexual tension is built when she’s feeling comfortable/safe with you. It opens the door for more flirting and fun.

In my experience, that tension also has a lot to do with chemistry. I can flirt with a woman on a night out and she can give it back to me but the tension is still a bit.. flat. So while you can generate that energy, the tension sits in how she responds too. Another thing that intensifies that tension is comfortability. It’s now become rarer for women to give in and be safe with a stranger she just met (which is fair). Most prefer the slow and steady burn with someone they’re unsure of, meaning …

Sounds like this is more likely to go in your favour. Pre-selection plus not much attachment for you there. Gauge her reaction then follow her up.

It’s a risky move. Some girls will cut you off immediately but if you’ve been entangled with this girl for a while it could work in your favour. Does she seem more bound by her standards and values or does she just go with the vibe? That can tell you a bit.

I get it, it’s really tough out there. Not to be reductive, but I like to look at it like fishing. Sometimes (maybe for a while) you’re just not gonna hook anything, but then there will be a period of time where it feels like you just can’t miss. It’s not something you can always control but the mission is to always increase the chances and likelihood of you scoring. So when the opportunity does bite you’re ready to reel it in.

Depends how long you’ve known this friend. A long time friend, no. This will feel out of the blue for her and random, she will think you’ve been harbouring feelings for her for ages. But with someone who you’ve known within a year or two, yes. It really depends on your dynamic with that person. Are you both warm and comfortable with each other? Or are things just mutual and friendly?

Use insinuation. Flirting without being direct is usually layered. Saying “I wonder what we’d get up to if … happened” or if she says something that could be interpreted as sexual/romantic say “oh really? is that so?”. It spikes an emotion and insists it’s deeper than just casual conversation. You want the other person to think that there is something under the surface to what you’re inferring.

It can range too! Some women will do their best to act like they’re unfazed, unaffected or show little emotion in order to keep their position of power in the relationship. Don’t be fooled just because they’re not showing obvious enthusiasm. Excitement can be bubbling under the surface if your eyes are trained to see it!

If you’re 19 currently, looking for love is a very deep goal to have in mind. It won’t come easy and it’s a much rarer gem to find than just short-term relationships or hookups. Don’t give up, this is very early days for you considering what you want. It will take some time before finding your soulmate, but just enjoy college life for now while you look! Good luck!

So true. The dating pool gets smaller and smaller unless you’re willing to settle. The saying “early bird gets the worm” rings true in my experience. Definitely teenager to mid 20’s is a great time to blunder and make your mistakes. Even if they can be painful.

I strongly agree. I think for those at the beginning of their journey, it’s better to take the risk than to be left wondering. Those with more to lose or more to sacrifice, well, each situation is different and should be handled accordingly.

I think how you’re feeling is pretty common. I had the same conflict going on inside myself back in the day. The benefit to being benevolent or just being yourself, sticking to your values and what you believe in, is that, theoretically, you should find others who are benevolent like yourself. A fisherman is only as good as his bait. If you’re acting like a pos, you’re only gonna get girls who love pos. That’s what they’re used to. The quality of women I met changed when I stopped putting on tha…

Guys like this are uninhibited due to the fact that they see women as inferior to them anyway, nothing that women say or think matters to them because they don’t care. It gives them an unfiltered way of behaving that many women find attractive as it insinuates confidence. But their intentions are malevolent.. To be aware about what women think is a good thing, but it becomes a problem when you let those thoughts and opinions affect who you are and what you think of yourself. Try your hardest not…

Might be that you’re a lover boy at heart bro. Nothing wrong with that ofc, the womanizer life just ain’t for you.

Sounds like you’re not over your ex at all bro. Other women can notice this drop in aura/presence as soon as you speak.

That’s okay, most of the time you’ll never be able to find out exactly what you did wrong. You pick out what you think you could’ve improved upon within that interaction. This way you concern yourself less with what they think and more with what you think you need to improve on.

For a start, that’s pretty plain and straightforward. While it does work for some it doesn’t incite any excitement or showcase any of your personality. If you can’t think of something authentic on the spot, find canned lines to use next time you go out. A pickup line or a joke you find unique is better than just asking a question.

Some good advice here about having a secure identity first and knowing who you are. If you’re already familiar with this foundation, you can try flirting subtly at a sub-conscious level: - Hold strong eye contact - Tonality should be sultry/slow rate of speech - Initiate touch in neutral areas (arm/elbow) If she likes you, she should begin to mirror your behaviours or at least be open to your energy. If she remains professional or doesn’t return your vibe back to you then it’s a no-go.

You don’t. You just have to have other things going on in your life more important than women, my friend. Unfortunately ghosting is big in modern dating. It happens a lot to women as well. Just think of it as them losing out on you instead of you losing them. You don’t want to be led on by someone who was only 50/50 about you. Better to be ghosted, move on and find women who actually like you.

This piece of advice might go amiss but, leading her or getting her to follow you is an easy and smooth transition into hand holding. Simply say “let’s go this way, I want to show you something” and opening your hand for her to take is the most natural. Going in for the kiss at the end of the date can easily be done as well. Before she goes, say something like “are you not going to say goodbye?” Works like a charm.

This makes no sense. There’s plenty of online relationships being created with messages and texts alone. It can definitely spark new attraction. I would say that it’s not to be relied on though, it just has its own time and uses.

You will start to flow with enough repetition but having some lines memorised beforehand will help stop you from freezing up. It will be a mental checklist in your mind to tick off during your interactions so that you know what to say next.

No worries! I’m unsure what it would be like in Europe but I bet it would have its challenges being ethnic as I deal with that myself here in Australia. Best of luck to you, my friend!

In your particular situation, the turban could be a hinderance to the club scene in the US where looks take priority over personality due to the loud music. Maybe try approaching in quieter places first such as smoking areas, seating areas or even before you enter the club. It’ll be a lot easier to dance with girls if there’s some set up and personality shown beforehand.

“Just be yourself” advice is supposed to go hand-in-hand with the idea that you are emotionally and mentally okay with yourself too. If you’re getting told to be yourself but you’re depressed, out of shape, broke and you’re projecting that outward, then it’s not great advice to follow.

Even if it seems inconsequential, the fact is that every new approach stacks upon the last one. As long as you’re mindful about it and trying to improve, even your rejections will move you forward. Better to live with the consequences than live with regret, my friend.

Go out with the intention to fail and get rejected. The objective is to get experience, not to pull off the perfect result but to make the attempt. Your skill and style will develop over time.

Good on you dude! It’s all about that confidence and forgetting about that self-doubt.

Sounds like you need to be MORE direct imo. Get comfortable with expressing your sexual desires and intent with women you talk to.

If you’re sounding immature or childish about sexual topics that’s a YOU problem and you should look at why you can’t take the topic more seriously without giggling through it. If you’re wanting to show more sexual energy through conversation without being overtly direct, the use of insinuation and misinterpretation go a long way.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
