It's not so much the fact that she searched her ex on Facebook, it's the fact that I'm met with constant accusations of infidelity etc. I constantly up my game year on year, I upped the dread game in the past year which lead to the accusations I think. Lifting 11 years, MMA, 6 figures and do my fair share. There is always improvement to be made but this is definitely her problem.

It's more so the constant accusations of me cheating than anything else coupled with this, my intuition is shouting at me to leave this bitch for a while.

You're logic is flawed to say the least, most high value men will only have the time to actually spend quality time with their kids a couple of times per week. A dad bod beta with nothing better to do would obviously lament about needing to spend all his time with said kids as he has nothing else going on anyway, in this case he's a loser regardless but at least he didn't get married and lose assets.

I'm not being a prick, but why would you recommend someone to lift everyday ( especially when cutting ? . OP is best lifting 3-4 days a week to ensure he maintains his strength as recovery will be an issue due to reduced calories. He could do other stuff on his off days such as cardio, MMA etc. Lifting everyday is counter productive

I was a similar situation to you, very comfortable. If you are under 40 years old I recommend you go for it, comfort is the enemy of progress

Once you become redpill you realise there is no external completion, the masses are sedated by a plethora of distractions. The competition for a redpill aware man is himself.

How can a physically active male maintain their weight on 1800 cals per day is what I wanna know. Do you literally train the bare minimum and not move the rest of the day ?

Meditate, start with 5 mins per day then gradually bump it up to 20

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
