It does happen, just more rare than people think.

I'm just saying what the textbooks/teachers/lawyers told me.. Personally never had a problem recollecting my thoughts after a rough night out.

IIRC from what they told me it's usually either: A. You're too drunk to do anything/act. B. You're actually conscious and remember the act. Again, actual amnesia is really really rare.

I'm a little sick of people like you slapping the "white knight" sticker on everyone. Expecting reasonable force from law enforcement is white knighting now? Give me a break.

It's incredibly rare for people to forget stuff like this when drunk. It's mostly an excuse. Source: law school.

Depends on the situation honestly, just saying on how the law works, usually.

The law doesn't expect you to put yourself in harms way....those kind of laws are aimed at helping victims of accidents and the like. Your more likely to get sued trying to stop a crime.

What are you going to sue them for? Getting in the way of 2 people fighting? Maybe I missed something in the video but I only see the women throwing "punches". What are your damages? (needed for civil suit, what else would you be after?) Sweden, like other EU countries, has very low payouts for emotional distress. Extremely low to zero. Now, I know the US is more generous with payout...but you still need damages no? And if we are talking criminal charges then the DA is the only one who can start…

Same here in NL....at least they make a fuckton of noise when people do so they get somewhat shamed. (who am I kidding, they wouldn't be ashamed)

If you had a decent bunch of lawyers you could probably sue all the whiteknights when you're done with the thot and they wouldn't have shit for a defence. That's not how the law works lol. That's delusional.
/r/PussyPassDenied02/07/18 01:04 PM

No. But never have sex? That's just unneccesary and a little crazy imo. I get that he had a bad experience but come on.
/r/PussyPassDenied07/05/18 04:31 PM

Never have sex? Jesus...way to be dramatic. Might as well stay indoors if you live your life like that.

I wouldn't shoot a guy anyway....and knifes never are a problem here in EU. It's just a classic US situation. Guns seem so fun.

Shooting someone because they open your door? Lmao dude. If they start assaulting you, fine. But even then using a gun is overkill on someone who is no physical threat like that woman. You are perfectly fine if you defend yourself in Europe btw.

Have an upvote dude. People here saying they'd draw their guns for this lol...pathetic.

Or...don't put your hands on other people? I'd be laughing my ass off if someone gets charged because they push me. Fuck them.

I didn't downvote but...he makes it sound like a good thing. "They control their own streets". Maybe a different choice of words would have helped.

Eh, you'd be surprised how far people can go. Talked to a lawyer once who had to deal with a parent digging up their death kid just to fuck with the other parent. Shit's beyond fucked up.

I guess "leaking" it by using a friend doesn't sound to terrible IMO. See if his behavious changes.

IDK..Heard some of them rake in 500,- a day.

Eh..you can work had in any job really. Depends on the intensitie and how long you have to work.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/05/17 01:19 PM

That seems unlikely. Do you have a source for the relevant laws?

The immediate danger is over so when you strike like that its retaliation, not self defence.

Perhaps, but perhaps there's some officers available nearby doing nothing? Checking with them doesn't cost anything.

Cops will never be obsolete. We shouldn't advocate people seeking justice themselves.

It's a sad day if you have to be afraid to talk to the cops.

God, the screaming. She has her so called "sexual harrasment" on cam. A normal guy/girl would take it to the cops. This girl just wants attention.

I think its a valid comparison. In both cases you knew what you were getting into.
/r/PussyPassDenied24/07/16 12:50 PM

No, the analogy is that they give consent to take the interview (this has happened already). Not broadcast it. In that light the comparison is not flawed.

I like how they claim the entire website is racist/shit but yet they keep using it??

Alright..those are some pretty racist tweets.

Yea it kind of is. You can hate on the movie all you want but I don't think anyone deserves getting verbally attacked by thousands(?) of people.

I'm just saying it wouldn't be in much of the EU. She walked back after the kick. At that point it's not defending if you run up and punch her in the face. That's retaliation.

He was just trying to avoid further escalation in his bar/restaurant. Nothing wrong with that.

Hmm don't know about the US, but here in the Netherlands he wouldn't be a legitimate target.

Idk, I feel that a mandetory service of 18 months is not too bad for many people out there. Teaches them discipline and some skills.

They could've then sued you for blackmail I guess. ^

Did you consider it?
