-23	The rape culture fraud - what is classified as rape and rape culture when men do it, is normative behavior for american college women It's because one problem is so much vastly more severe and widespread than the other. Since the addressing the smaller issue has a disproportionate negative effect on the other compared to the ameliorative effect such an effort might have, it is rational to focus on the bigger issue. -19	Angry at Adria Richards for getting that techie fired? Stop whining and sign the petition! It's also an acknowledgement that she was right to call out the two guys at PyCon and their dirty jokes. Apparently, this petition naively, simply asks the world to be fair.
