Tbh it's kinda hard for me even though I wanna help. If you want a guy who has abundance to change and chase you , I am sure you wouldn't be attracted to him after a while because with a small change comes many changes. Still if you want to go ahead, I can recommend you watch matthew hussey on YouTube ( no need to buy his programs necessarily) and get some ideas to experiment.

It would be better to talk to her a few times on any common topics of your classes. This will give you more Signs on whether she is open to flirt with you or not. Dude before you find the friend you must ask for her number or add her on Insta or Snapchat.
