2	How many of you guys have sex regularly with women? Thanks for the response. Here’s my psyche’s response. I do improve myself consistently. In the gym, outside of it, reading books, improving my writing, cooking new dishes and it feels great. I am afraid deep down I believe that all of this would lead to women seeing how great I am. And that is why I want to put myself out there so that they notice. I would talk about my PRs, share the new dish I tried or the blog I posted. 7	How many of you guys have sex regularly with women? What exactly does this improvement look like? I lift 4 days a week, have a solid beast mentality in the gym, in good shape, dress decently and grooming’s on point too, eat healthy food although I fuss over it.
