It's real. More so than ever before. DEI departments and groups in large corporations in US are rampant with racist practices favoring women and prominently black women over men. The sad thing is they're hiring based on skin color or lack of balls and regardless if the skillet is there or not. And assuredly it isn't there. US business etc are doomed.

Women in power are typically ruthless. They're not designed for it.

That would not be surprising at all. Many many companies in USA are going down that path...including most of the major airlines that were impacted by the crash. These companies are implementing racist policies hiring not based on best qualified, but rather using so-called DEI programs and policies, with DEI teams in charge of hiring. They are favoring minorities over best qualified by utilizing nonsensical practices which give less points to traditional hires and more points to minorities and wo…

There needs to be education on this topic across the board for BOTH sexes. People have become too selfish and self-centered.

It proves how successful the media has been in dumbing down people. Guns don't kill people do. INDIVIDUALS DO. NOT MEN. NOT WOMEN. NOT GUNS. NOT CARS. ETC, INDIVIDUALS. IDIVIDUAL RIGHTS SHOULD ALSO EQUATE TO INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY.....
