To clarify, I'm not looking for specific legal advice, but, rather, advice on where to start. For example, if I know US law applies, then I'll look to retain a US lawyer. If Middle Eastern law applies (I'm withholding some specific details because my wife has been snooping around) then I'll retain legal advice there....just need a starting point from someone who might have knowledge of a similar situation.
