| 1 | Has anyone tried an Outty? No, I never took those. i did briefly take SSRI’s for a brief period. I did initially have a change and lost the “flight or fight” feeling i get when talking to people, but that fix stuck around after stopping taking it! I probably felt subtle differences too. So i can’t compare it to beta blockers but i would say the subtle differences may have a decent quality of life increase. Just off what i know about ash and bb, they are wildly different in how they work. Beta blockers are more advertised … | /r/seduction | 26/07/26 05:31 PM |
| 2 | Has anyone tried an Outty?Yeah, it takes a while to have effects but even than, its peak effects are subtle, its not some super supplement but i do feel like im less anxious. Im actually about to run out and im gonna see how i feel after not taking them after maybe a 2 months of consistent use. | /r/seduction | 17/06/26 01:47 PM |
| 2 | Has anyone tried an Outty? This is an older post but wanted to comment that Ive had changes i n relaxation, and confidence just by taking L-theanine(200mg) every day i go out and than do “cycles” of Ashwaganda (300mg) every day for a few months at a time. L theanine is the one ingredient inside of Outty im familiar with and has some research that suggests no real significant side effects. Basically im saying you should js take L theanine and maybe ashwaganda | /r/seduction | 15/05/26 12:01 AM |
