1	Cmv: is the sentencing disparity bec. Of women bieng more likely to be caregivers?/have less reoffending rates? You’d have to find a study that compared sentencing outcomes for both and female primary caretakers. If there is no significant difference between the two, then It’s not a bad explanation. You could also find a study that studied sentencing outcomes between men and women while controlling for primary caregiving as a covariant. 21	Why catcalling happens? I always felt it was mostly poor and working class men compensating for their lack of status by exaggerated displays of masculine assertiveness.
