sure, people don't always develop at the exact same time or pace. Sometimes after 13, sometimes before. Biology doesn't always neatly fit into our rules for society that we've come up with. Not really sure what your point is though or how it contradicts my point in any way

He didn't say it was OK to do, he simply stated that it's not actually pedophilia because it's not and explained why. There is quite a big difference between somebody trying to have sex with a 13-17 year old sexually developed girl or boy and a 4 year old. The latter is real pedophilia and much more disgusting by a large margin.

as a student of philosophy I have to say the theory of normative ethical relativism is pretty much bunk. Believing that morality is totally relative or subjective comes with some very large pills to swallow.
