6	How do you deal with hostility to your views? Don't think of them as your enemies. That's a big mistake. Just think of them as immature or narrow-minded. Stick to what you personally believe. It's OK to alter your beliefs if you learn new information. Not one place is going to be 100% agreeing with everything you believe. It's good that you want to be honest when you talk about your beliefs.
