Put effort into a nice treat/surprise for my husband at least once a week, as I know this makes him feel valued (eg bake his favourite treat, write him a nice letter) Write in my sentence a day journal (where I write one memory a day with my daughter) Take my daughter for at least a 30 minute walk every day Make time to do a beauty treatment at least twice a week (face mask, pedicure etc) Try out a new recipe I haven't tried before once a week

It was also an amazing time - I didn't know that I could love my daughter so much, and seeing my husband as a d…
