I think I feel the same way about this stuff. The feeling comes and goes depending on how aware I am of this realisation: I'm exhausted. Exhausted by all the anxiety and low esteem in my mind. The times things have worked for me is when I face the fear of being rejected and just going in with a "fuck it" mentality.
