My sons mom did the same thing tried to trap me with a kid. I got 50/50 custody much to her dissatisfaction if I get laid I always use my own condom and I get much more sex now. Once the kid was born she did a 180 in the bedroom and stopped putting out I hung around for one more year because of my son and finally I couldn’t take it anymore. Best decision I ever made. The system isn’t fair if it was fair she would pay me child support she makes more money but there were other forces at play it would have costed much more money to get the evidence needed to have her pay me for child support. But chose the option to settle for 50/50 would potentially would of costed me more months without my son plus 900 in child support so I figured I would take the 50-50 route and pay her a little bit in the end I’m just glad I was able to at least get that.

Depending on the court they might have a minimum amount of days that you can file evidence and a limited number of times. Whatever Isn’t submitted before the court date can’t be used as evidence in court. At least in my state.

Quadruple thanks to them her side played some nasty tricks filing late so I almost wasn’t able to respond to the court. We made it by a matter of hours and they worked until 2 am getting my response made and it was the size of a Bible. Got it in the nick of time and got it filed showed up hours before her Attorny closed and dropped that off myself that’s when the game changed.

Thank you so much. I’m surprised with the support everyone is willing to give. As a man I didn’t expect to have this much positive energy. This is by far the hardest thing I’ve ever had to deal with.
