Thank you fpr the clarity on this. I should have mentioned in my OP that I'm still fairly new to TRP. This info has helped clear my mind of worry. What I took from this is that 50% of the time I am alpha and 50% she is alpha meaning we have an equal, or as equal as you can get, relationship

You claim not to be smart enough to have an opinion but you bring to light information that is important to the topic. Not sure if modesty or what :p I think that if we made it far enough to have created artificial intelligence, we won't be able to kill it once it's become sentient, unless that's the plan from the start. But would that be murder? Surely not as it's not human, but it does have human intelligence. And we end upnin a hyperloop.

Hypothetically speaking (partly serious): what if artificial intelligence has already been created and we don't know about it because it's so intelligent that it knows if it shows its intelligence, it will be ended for fear of it harming us?

I actually think that's the case too, but so many other people out there are locked in to the idea that in order to be successful, you have to marry and have kids. What I don't understand is our eagerness to create AI. AI will benefit us in the sense that we no longer have to do anything for ourselves but instead we get an AI robot to do it for us. The thing is, will Isaac Asimov's rules hold for AI? Will the AI be able to think for itself? These are reason I myself will not work more than 3 days a week. I only work as a cleaner for a property management company on weekends, and when I have to work anymore than 3 days straight, I can't function properly. Maybe it's the job, or the hours or both, but I know for a fact that I will never work 40+ hors a week, just for more money.

I always find it odd that the people who say "money can't buy happiness" are always the most stressed out, depressed people there are. I can agree that money can buy you hapiness, depending on how you use it, but at the same time, you can be happy without money. Edit: typos

It's funny because you don't have to get married to show commitment. Marriage is just a human tradition so the man or woman can say "Hey, you can never leave me, unless you want a lengthy court process and lose 50% of you net worth."
