1	The path of failure You're right, the 1% participation rate is common to the internet. What we want is to move beyond the internet. The red pill long ago stored being just a forum on some website. It has real world impact and we need to start treating it that way. The doxing mattered. The fact that so few people are even aware of it shows the depth of the problem. 1	The path of failure I see something major missing. The community has its strengths, and in ways is very tight knit. That doesn't get things done. We have a real problem of guys learning what they can and then moving on our complaining about the quality of posts slipping. They're not taking leadership. Most of the infrastructure the community uses has been built and maintained by a few select people for free.
