There is not a single exercise that will do this. Infact it's literally only your nutrition. You need to eat less. I lost 45 pounds in 2 months with ZERO exercise or cardio. Though it does help to speed up the process by burning calories. You can not "target" specific areas. Your whole body needs to lose fat which will reduce your belly automatically.
