What on Earth does that even mean? There's absolutely no difference. If, for whatever reason, either parent has majority custody of the child - they are a single parent! No, because sex and money are not the same thing. One is property, the other is an incredibly personal and intimate act that has deep emotional connections. The law often requires people to forfeit money or property from one party to the other. It never requires sexual contact. Regardless of how you feel about alimony, that has nothing to do with it, it's all about boundaries and respecting someone's sexual privacy.

That the court is silencing his first amendment right to not speak as well.
