Was it any Marine in any weight class? Kinda reminds me of the Williams sisters saying they could beat any pro male below rank 200. Someone took that bet and won, then that threshold dropped to below rank 500.

Also America: use of excessive force (or unequal) is shown as bad. Since he has a higher capacity to do harm, it's worse for him to use more force than she's capable of in this situation. So, if she were to slap him, and he slapped back even harder, he'd been seen as the worse offender. Kinda bullshit in my opinion, by it's similar to if an MMA fighter was involved in a street fight (unlikely, but has happened in the past). If they were to use there higher degree of force, they'd get thrown in j…

Yeah, many people ITT aren't looking that in-depth as this. If they were to go over to the sub this came from, they would actually see this discussion.

Even if I order steak and lobster (or something like tilapia) she just can't stand the smell. I respect that and treat myself when I go on a work trip, or something.

I love Red Lobster. My wife hates seafood. I love my wife, so we go to the steakhouse instead.

Well, when your version flopped so badly, I would remove that stain from the timeline of the series. They did the same for Jurrasic Park 3.

I remember this showing up some time ago about Kesha going in to hug Jerry, but he had no idea who she was and didn't feel comfortable about a stranger coming up to hug him. She felt dejected and he just said he didn't know her and wasn't on a level where a hug was appropriate.

But the university spokesperson said that they are following their due process... by suspending the players, revoking their scholarships, and letting the girl off without a punishment, all before a formal investigation.

Yeahhhh, uhhhh, this isn't a pussypass at all. Its more of equality within the military. Now that women are eligible for all combat roles, they now want to require women to sign up for the draft. This equalised the same standards that young men had to go through just to apply for scholarships, Pell grants, and various other prereqs.

"You're saying these rides weren't safe enough and people were put in danger." "No, that is not what I'm saying" You stupid cunt, if you wanted to be safe, why go to an amusement park where you go on rides moving at high speeds, with potential to place you at risk.

Yet Guthrie and Reilly didn’t behave as though they were remotely frightened or intimidated: They convened a meeting of friends to discuss how Elliott should be publicly shamed; they bombarded their followers with furious tweets and retweets about him (including a grotesque suggestion from someone pretending she was a 13-year-old that he was a pedophile); they could and did dish it out. No threats or statements to fear for their safety, and they were already planning on destroying his reputation…

If women desire to work in a strongly male workforce, Silicon Valley in this aspect, then you have to put in the effort and have the skills to do so. Yes, it is a struggle with the "male-mentality" of such a dominated field, but that doesn't mean it's impossible. Ellen Pao on the other hand doesn't quite understand that it takes more than sleeping your way to the top to get anywhere in a field in which she does not excel.

So, if I girl "requires" me to take her to dinner before I ever think about getting into her pants, would that qualify. She's scamming me out of a Chipotle burrito, just so I could even have to privilege to initiate.

She posted it with full intent to hurt somebody, and to place shame on their name/image. She's clearly covering her ass in this situation and trying to avoid the repercussions she is bound to receive.

Same goes for engineering. I'm my field, mechanical, there are maybe 5 girls total in all of my engineering classes. Although, I do take electives that have 50-75% girls, which evens it all out. Those classes, along with sporting events is where I tend to find fun girls. Sporting events are pretty awesome, especially the sport that you college does best.

Agreed. There's talk about multiple fuck-buddies, meaning she just hasn't had a firm relationship that takes on a more serious state. It seems like she can't bring herself to have a meaningful relationship with all the problems she has. That's just my take on all of this, I'm sure the community can see more into this

Wow, mind-blowing stuff here. I remember doing the nice-boy thing and how it got me nowhere. I never kissed a girl or dated one til freshman year in college, where I actually got out of my shell and started to see what kind of person I am. Had it not been for a new environment and a chance to become a different person, I would not have found out how immature I really was. Since then, I've met so many great people in my life, and I've been able to explore my personality and see what I really like…

When I started, I had to do about 15 tandem jumps before I was allowed solo. It was mostly just to get me used to the safety and know knowing what to do if something were to go wrong. Prices have gone up recently. A few years ago it was around $2000, but now I think it's about $2500. If you want to jump tandem for fun, it's less than $200 a jump, with group discounts dropping it near $160. Most of the costs cover the fuel prices, and some companies will make a personalized video and still frames…

Interested in extreme sports and stuff...although may be expensive. I took up skydiving and got my AFF to jump solo. I go jump every other weekend and it's so much fun. I also dabble in paintballing, which is great to do with friends. Just some ideas...
