The wall isn’t real. Get a sense of self and find some self esteem. And get off the internet.

be vulnerable. open up to people. admit your feelings when you're feeling them. drawing your boundaries and sticking to them. might seem counterproductive to have walls when you're trying to let someone in. but when we're not honest with ourselves and let people in or do things that upset us, it makes us close up.

A woman once told me that you should never depend on your man to be your emotional support. We're just different emotionally. Men aren't wired to pry. They're cut and dry. So if you don't explicitly state you're feeling bad about your grandma, he'll likely never think to really ask in the same way you'd think to ask. Anyway, I'm sorry you're dealing with this dilemma. But out of control drinking is a red flag for me. This time he was able to stop "before it got bad" but what about next time?

yup, I've had the same problem in the past. Even times where I thought I was available and I'd start to get close and realize I actaully wasn't as emotionally available as I thought. Hard pill to swallow sometimes.

I've learned that when I'm emotionally unavailable (whether I fully realize it or not) I tend to attract emotionally unavailable men. Can't tell you what to do. Whether to leave him alone or not. But I would suggest asking yourself if ~You're~ emotionally available.

please don't let a man touch you that doesn't wash under his hands and under his finger nails with warm soap and water. it's for your own health.

you should... log off the internet for a while. you've internalized ... a LOT. staying offline for a while should help. also, seek therapy.

I’ve spent quite a bit of time in therapy and what I learned is that I’m often emotionally unavailable myself. Which is why I continued to meet unavailable men (physically and emotionally). Until I started being honest with myself about what I wanted from a man and out of a relationship and what I was realistically able to provide, THEN I started to meet men who matched me mentally and emotionally. Just gotta be honest with yourself about where you’re at and where you want to go. The wrong ones …

No one can get you into trouble for your actions except yourself. Take responsibility for your actions instead of being fearful of the consequences.

I don't know what the scientific explanation is, but Vitamin E oil on my acne prone areas has totally cleared up my skin! Plus Vitamin E oil gets rids of scars, prevents wrinkles, and keeps your skin soft. I use it every night and then in the mornings I put a little under my eyes before I put my concealer on. It helps the concealer go on much smoother and I don't have to use as much. Also using a tinted moisturizer with SPF kinda takes care of the needing a bit of makeup and SPF and moisturizes …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
